Excellent dual set of brushes
This review is long overdue, I wanted to use the brushes for a reasonable amount of time to see how they lasted and these things are simply excellent! I’ve used them for just over 3 months now and both brushes have performed flawlessly.My first impression upon using it was surprise over how smooth my teeth felt when compared to regular battery operated brushes from the corner drug store, these are in a completely different category and I will not be going back. The speed of the brushing action is amazing. I was attracted by the sanitizing UV light compartment, which seemed like a must have during these pandemic stricken years, admittedly, I have used it all of 4 times in 3 months. That too, only when I return from or am leaving on a journey with the travel case. I use the sanitizer only when the brush head is not connected to the body (how it’s stored in the travel case). Once I stick the head back on, it ends up staying on until my next travel, as it is very tight (as it should be) when installed and not easily removeable.I do like the included travel cases though it they are somewhat bulkier than they needed to be. I used my brush for over a week on a single charge when travelling, the battery life is excellent! I used it on an extended stay of several weeks with a very small Phillips sonicare charger (from my daughter’s brush). As the brush uses wireless/inductive charging, it worked flawlessly. That is now my go-to for extended travel and I’ve never needed to take the dual charging stand for any trips. As mentioned previously, the battery life is excellent with normal use (twice a day) and lasts for several days, most trips don’t require charging until I get home. The real test for me was how much my wife loves this brush, she went from sceptic to true believer after the first use!**update**I forgot to mention the pause that some reviewers thought was a flaw, the brushes pause every 30 seconds, this is by design. It is recommended that you brush for 2 minutes. When you turn on the brush by pressing the button, the 2 minute timer kicks off and pauses after each 30 seconds period till the 2 minutes are up. The pause tells you when you’re done with each of 4 quadrants of your teeth, upper left, upper right, lower left and lower right. The pause is a simple and effective way of letting the use know to move on to the next quadrant, the brush automatically shuts off after 2 minutes are up.

Excellent build quality and a great cleaning toothbrush much like the Oral-B or Waterpik toothbrushes. Unlike them it stays fresh because of the toothbrush head UV cleaning compartment. With the Oral-B and Waterpik toothbrushes, I rarely wore out a toothbrush head before caked toothpaste in crevices would make the head unusable, regardless of how thoroughly I rinsed it after use.The longer oval heads in the AquaSonic are quicker to brush with than the round heads of other toothbrushes, have comfortable soft bristles, don’t seem to wear out as fast as others, and it’s really nice that the AquaSonic toothbrush base includes enough spare toothbrush heads to use it for a long time without having to buy more. I love the dual-toothbrush base for couples, although as a Star Wars fan, the black/white theme feels a bit like Sith and Jedi to me. Pick your color, pick your side.Some downsides of this toothbrush are that the heads are harder to get on and off the toothbrush base than I wish they were. When they’re wet after brushing, it takes the use of a towel to remove them so you can clean them. It would be much more convenient if you didn’t have to remove the heads at all to clean them, or if there were some easy-to-use, quick-release button. But because both the cleaning chamber and charger work at the same time, you can clean and charge the toothbrush at once. It takes a little doing to get the heads into the cleaning case atop one of the mounting points until you get used to it.Finally, the pause between 30 second intervals is a bit long- almost a second. It’s nice that the toothbrush powers down after two minutes saving you the challenge finding the button without taking it out of your mouth and spraying the sink with your used toothpaste and saliva. Considering the 40,000 vibrations a minute of the head, I suspect your teeth are clean well before the two minutes, but ADA guidelines insist on a two-minute brushing time regardless of the kind of toothbrush.A great product at a great price! It’s a lot to like in a produce that ships with extra toothbrush heads at a market-disrupting low price. Remember, most companies make their profit off the printer ink cartridges and shaving blades, not the base product. It’s refreshing to see a company with an electric toothbrush line break that customer-unfriendly pricing model.

Never felt cleaner!
I recently tried the AquaSonic DUO PRO – Ultra Whitening electric toothbrush, and overall, I’m quite pleased with the results and features it offers.First and foremost, the toothbrush did an excellent job of cleaning and whitening my teeth. I noticed a visible improvement in the whiteness of my smile after a few weeks of regular use. The built-in timer and pacer are helpful for ensuring that I brush for the recommended two minutes and evenly cover all areas of my mouth.The battery life is impressive, and I don’t have to recharge it frequently. The included travel case is also handy for when I’m on the go. The design and build quality of the toothbrush feel durable and premium.However, the only drawback I found is that the replacement brush heads are a bit expensive. Nevertheless, the overall quality and performance of the AquaSonic DUO PRO make it a worthwhile investment for those looking to maintain oral health and achieve a brighter smile.

Bought this brush and uv light+charging pad back in July and works fine. But after a few months, UV no longer works and contacted seller via amazon TWICE and received no response.If you’re going to buy this product, I hope you get lucky that it works fine because if not, then there’s no way you’ll be able to get a response.
