Supportive while relieving lower back discomfort
I’ve been dealing with lower back pain for years and decided to order this in hopes that it could provide some relief. I own multiple Renpho products and I’m always impressed my the quality of their products. This back brace is no exception. It is well made and the quality of the build gives me assurance that it’ll last a long time. The price point is as expected for the quality and features this brace/massager/heating pad provides.This does have metal bracing to help keep my lumbar in the correct position while I’m wearing it. The Velcro on the belt has a very strong hold and the additional adjustment straps do provide an additional level of comfort and support that I wasn’t expecting. My only issue with this belt was how short it is. Yes it comes with an extender, it just hurt my feelings that I had to use it. The extender did cover the little extra length I needed, however it does make it a little more difficult to adjust because I never felt like I had the extender centered just right for it to feel as supportive as it does without the extender.This charges via USBC and the battery lasts for multiple uses. I like that I am not stuck attached to a cord while using this, so it is great for using while on the go. The controller that is attached to belt wasn’t very intuitive and took me really reading the instructions to figure out how to change the settings when you only want heat or vibration. This does have multiple heat and vibration levels to meet different needs. I usually don’t find vibration does much for me, but did find one that seemed to relax my back some. The heat levels were sufficient for my needs, it gets warm without feeling like it was burning me.My only complaint is how loud the built in remote is when you’re turning it on, off, and setting your vibration/heat levels. If I’m at home by myself it’s not a big issue, but since I ordered this to use on the go, there isn’t a way to adjust settings without everyone else around you hearing it and quickly becomes a nuisance when I have to press a button 5 times to get to heat only and at the heat setting I prefer.

High-quality and cordless feature is amazing!!
I’ve had plenty of these types of heating/vibrating back pads but they’ve always been corded and I am not one who likes to be forced to sit in one spot for a period of time. So basically I’ve not used them as often as I’d liked or needed to.This Renpho cordless one is a game changer for me! I can move around freely while also enjoying the benefits of the heat and massage. My lower back often gives me problems and this has been perfect for that (as well as those pesky period cramps). There are five heat levels and three vibrating levels. While I don’t think the heat gets quite as warm as it would for a corded unit, it’s still sufficient enough to deliver comfort. Each of the vibrating levels has different types of vibrating patterns.The Velcro is incredibly strong!! This pad does not budge an inch once I have it on. While I’m not a bigger person, I love using the extension straps to really secure it tightly, and with the back rods, this heating pad helps double as a back brace and helps me maintain better posture while I’m using it.Overall, I couldn’t be more thrilled with this. It’s super durable and high-quality, comfortable, and helps me feel significant relief.The only thing I might suggest is a remote to make it easier to switch modes without having to use the attached controller. I wear this between clothing layers sometimes so I have to lift up my shirt to access it and change modes. If someone has particularly bad cervical neck issues, a remote would help prevent them from having to crank their neck down.

Warms your back and has pulsing buzzing sensations
This heating pad gets the job done, but I honestly feel like it’s very bulky and somewhat uncomfortable. Maybe on a bigger person with more back space, it wouldn’t feel so gigantic. However, when I put the heating pad on, the waist length to wrap around and secure actually felt rather small. It fit me, but I just wasn’t expecting it to fit the way it did.For reference, I’m a 5’4 female and wear about a women’s size 10 pants. It does come with an extender if you need it.The buttons weren’t very intuitive – I had to read the directions to figure out how to turn up the heat or change the vibration. I couldn’t find a setting that had constant vibration – all the different settings would have some sort of various pulse, which I wasn’t too impressed with. I didn’t feel like the vibration did much of anything – it’s equivalent to putting a vibrating electric toothbrush handle on your back. I wouldn’t really call it a massage. The heat level doesn’t go as high as other heating pads I’ve used. It does go high enough to create warmth without perhaps burning sensitive skin. I’d like it to go a little bit higher though so I can enjoy it while wearing a comfortable hoodie or something… I couldn’t feel as much as I wanted to through my winter clothing.The product feels like high quality materials and looks sleek. The battery life seems good. I’ve used it a few times until the timer went off and haven’t had to recharge it yet. Would I recommend it to people? Probably not – I think there are other alternatives out there at a better price and not as bulky. Does it work? It effectively provides warmth and a pulsing buzz. If that’s what you’re looking for, go for it!
