I really enjoy these gummies. I recently had my gallbladder removed which has made digesting food difficult. I would take a medication daily to help with that but never felt it truly helped my digestion. Switching to these have helped me feel much better and efficiently helped with my digestion. They taste really good and I do look forward to taking them daily.

Decent product
They worked on my gut issues for the 1st week or so but then my body must have gotten used to it. I have a very, very hard time though with gut issues so I don’t think it’s the product so much as me. Like I said they did work for the 1st week or so. They taste good, are easy to chew and were a good value.

Easy to chew and doable taste for anything apple cider vinegar. I wish instructions state take within an hour of bedtime for optimum benefits.
