Autism-approved: The best protein powder there is.
I’m autistic and am what’s searching for the Goldilocks of protein powders. This is it. Mixes perfectly; no lumps. No chalky consistency. No weird aftertaste. The flavor is a great balance of chocolate and peanut butter without being too sweet. I personally find the consistency to be just right but it’s easy to make a shake thinner or thicker by throttling how much liquid you add. This stuff is extremely gentle on the stomach too. It’s as good as protein powder gets. It also makes AMAZING ice cream too if you’re into making protein ice creams.

Great tasting, easy to mix, and the 2 lb pack is perfect size, easy to pack and travel with if needed. Adding it to Greek yogurt is delicious. Probably my go to brand moving forward, the nutritional breakdown is better than most.

Pure and simple protein powder
I’m extremely health conscious and hate most protein powders that are full of artificial ingredients and added sugar. I absolutely love this protein powder because it’s very simple and pure with no added sugar and no artificial flavors or sweeteners. The size is a great value of 29 servings versus other protein powders that are only 20 servings.It dissolves easily and I love the taste of the vanilla bean.

A Great Protein, But Watch Out for Soy in Chocolate!
I’ve been using Ascent 100% Whey Protein Powder for a while now, and overall, I really like it. The taste is fantastic – the chocolate flavor is rich and doesn’t have that artificial aftertaste you often find with other protein powders. It mixes well too, which is always a plus for a smooth shake after a workout. I appreciate that it’s gluten-free and doesn’t contain artificial flavors or sweeteners, aligning with my preference for cleaner ingredients.However, I was quite disappointed to discover that the chocolate flavor contains soy. As someone who tries to avoid soy in my diet, I was really hoping this product would be completely free of it, especially given the “clean” ingredient profile advertised. While it’s my oversight for not checking the ingredients more thoroughly before purchasing, I wanted to highlight this for others who might also be trying to avoid soy. Especially because some of their other flavors ARE soy free.Despite the soy content in the chocolate, the quality and taste are still top-notch. If soy isn’t a concern for you, I highly recommend this protein powder. If it is, you might want to explore their other flavors or carefully check the ingredient list before committing.

Building muscle after 60 years old
I really love this protein powder. It’s one of the only whey protein powders that doesn’t have artificial sweeteners. It smells delicious and tastes great. It’s an excellent value for the money. I’m on a fixed income. It mixes great without any clumpiness, and the calorie content is reasonable. I appreciate the quality, as it comes from grass-fed cows that are free from growth hormones. It’s effective in helping me build muscle even though I’m over 60 years old.

Unfortunately my package arrived opened. The actual package was open and the powder. This is incredibly frustrating as I live in Australia and it is going to cost $40 to return to the US.
