This vitamin D3 + K2 is a total game changer when it comes to keeping a strong immune system. With school age kids in the house we get hit with the gift of seasonal germs every single year. Ever since we made these vitamin drops part of our regular daily routine (about a year ago) we have significantly decreased both the number of colds coming into our house and the spread of illness if someone in the house gets sick. Obviously there are a lot of other pieces that contribute to a strong immune system, but this is an easy one to incorporate! My kids will take the mint flavor drops without any issue. There is no worry about needing to swallow a pill or stressing over the amount of sugar and artificial ingredients with this one. It’s high quality and it works. It’s a keeper in our house!
