I’ve been sleeping better since I’ve been drinking this herbal tea at night. I’ve suffered from insomnia for many years and this is helping. Just drink it warm before bed. It taste good too!

A MUST HAVE
If you want some truly deep sleep, get this. Priced great, works fantastic, and I mean you will sleep like nothing else is going on in the world, because you won’t hear anything… Not the tree falling in your front yard that shook the house, not the wind that rattled the windows, not the constant scratching at your door by 3 screaming cats. You won’t even feel the skeered little pupster that is trying to crawl under the covers to have you ease their fears. This is definitely a fine quality product! When you miss all 15 of your 10 minute interval alarms to get up for work, and you think you may of even dreamed the whole thing, you will absolutely get some much needed deep restorative sleep. Now if you been sleep deprived like most working people, you will only want to do 1 cup of this before bed. If you have to get up early, say 3 am, drink this after your early bird dinner at 4pm because you won’t wake at 3 if you have it say, 9pmish… be ready though, when your work day is over, you’ll want another cup just to knock your poor body out, as youre going to feel the exhaustion, and you’ll be begging to sleep and want to drink possibly 2 cups… but don’t…. not unless you have the next day off work… An amazingly easy way to help your mind and body relax and forget about anything that may make your mind run non stop at night when trying to sleep… Simply a must have!!!

Nice flavor profile
In my experience, TAZO has very high quality teas. I really like the flavor and aroma of this tea. It doesn’t seem to make me as sleepy as some other nighttime teas, but some other factor could’ve been at play. I would recommend this tea.

DISGUSTING
DISGUSTING!!!! I have drank this brand of Dream tea many times years ago. It was great. I have been drinking the Yogi brand sleep tea and thought I might try Tazo again. No local stores sell it so I came to find it here. The taste is now TERRIBLE!! I thought something was horribly wrong with the tea. Turns out other reviews say they changed their formula and now it’s bitter. Well let me just tell you, it is BITTER!! I tried to return and guess what. I can’t return this disgusting tea that I just spent $24 on. DO NOT buy!!!!!
