Potent 800mg Dose
Moringa has such a broad spectrum of uses. I could probably write a book about it here telling you the benefits and why you should add it to your daily supplement routine but chances are that if you are considering purchasing this you already know. I won’t bore you with that spiel and waste your time. Needless to say, this has been hailed and sometimes called the “Miracle leaf” in some cultures because of the many benefits.My reason for taking this is for the immune boosting properties, as well as the anti-inflammatory effects it has. I have an auto immune disease which causes body wide inflammation and I find that this is one of the best supplements I have found for it.NOW is a time tested brand that I have used for over a decade now. Everything I have ever used from this brand has left me satisfied in this is no exception. This is a reliable brand of moringa.I like this blend because this has a whopping 800 mg dosage per every 2 capsules, which is the daily recommended serving size.

NOW brand is one that I trust and find to be quite affordable for the quality. This is no exception.These come in the standard plastic bottle packaging with a push and twist off cap. There is a seal around and under the cap so there is tamper protection.These are typical size caplets and don’t have an overly strong smell. I find them easy to swallow but don’t normally have trouble taking pills. I have taken them on an empty stomach with a glass of water and not had any upset stomach or bathroom issues.This is a new supplement for me. I wasn’t expecting a burst of health . . . but I can’t really tell any difference in how I feel since starting to take them. I will probably take 2-3 months of this to determine if I am really experiencing any benefits and whether I will continue taking it.

Unsure about effectiveness
Since this is something I would have to take for a while, I’m unsure about the effectiveness. I take mitragyna regularly as a chronic pain patient and many people say you should include moringa because mitragyna might cause hair loss. Supposedly this is some super plant that walks on water, so it’s worth a try to see if there are any real benefits.I have the powdered version and, of course, this is much easier to take and I don’t forget to take it as much. If you take mitragyna powder, the powdered version of moringa is a walk in the part when considering taste. I don’t notice any taste with the pills and they’re easy to swallow. I can take two at once with no problem. Hopefully moringa helps me in some capacity. I’d be especially pleased if it reduced inflammation.

Hard to tell it’s effect.
Basic boring pill. Moringa Leaf is supposed to be wickedly packed with nutrients so I don’t see how anything bad could come of this. I strongly prefer the pill form to powder forms I’ve tried before.I won’t lie and pretend to have had any huge health boosts from it, but I imagine it’s similar to if you ate a small salad with your meal. Nutrients are good!If you need better nutrients in your life, and you wish to try Moringa leaf in your diet, go for it. I have not to my knowledge had any negative reactions to this product. But I’m also not gaining super powers and getting healthy/fit overnight so… it’s true effect may be undetectable.
