These are a yummy way to take my supplement. I taste a green apple flavor. They’re fun little apple shaped gummies with a great chew. 3 gummies is the recommended serving and they’re 30 calories per serving. They don’t only have 1000mg of ACV, but 600mg of Folic Acid, 3.6mcg of B-12, 150 mcg Iodine, 1.5mg of B-5, 120mcg of Beet root powder, and 120mcg of pomegranate juice powder. Besides the ACV the rest isn’t a fully daily recommendation, but they can be helpful. I’m happy with these so far. My husband loves them too.

Unfortunately, this pleasing taste may be at the detriment of 6 g of “Added Sugar”.Besides “Added Sugar”, there is an Allergen Warning with the product.As for me, I have decided to opt for (1) Tbsp. 100% Raw-Unfiltered Apple Cider with “Mother” (Zero Added Sugar), added to an 8 oz. glass of water each morning. Getting both the benefit of Apple Cider Vinegar for digestion and an excellent flush for the kidneys.

Delicious and beneficial gummies that have a short life span in the gut to kick in less than 20 hours of consuming. It doesnt suppressed hunger to me unfortunately, but it surely does help relieve you incase your constipated. Its very easy to consume and effectiveness and occur in several hours to overnight. The sugar content taste absolutely like your biting into a sweet red apple. I gave 3 gummies to my 8 year old and it, took way less time in under 8 hours for him to go because of his body size and weight. Veey cost effective and would definitely recommend over any liquid or capsules.
