I absolutely love these bands. They’re durable, fit perfectly, and are the ideal size without being bulky. They’re easy to put on and very comfortable; they don’t move or cause any irritation. Not shabby especially for volleyball!
If you have a lot of leg hair it pulls and hurts a bit. It also rolls down a bit. Super easy to stretch and put on especially if you accidentally put your shoes on first. It does a decent job preventing pain but I have found that compressions sleeves do a better job.

These knee straps have worked well for me. They are easy to put on, they don’t move while I exercise and the material feels light. I like that they adapt to different sizes and that there are two in the package. They have been useful to give a little more support in my routines.

The bands are strong and made with good materials. They work great for knee exercises. However, they’re not ideal for people who are bigger they can feel too tight. Overall, they do the job well but I wish they offered larger sizes.

Mighty Strap!
This is a great little strap that packs a big punch! It was super supportive and didn’t budge a bit when I worked out. It folds up very small and can be easily thrown in a pocket or in a small bag. Very worth the purchase!
