Helped with bloating
These gummies are delicious. I seriously had to stop eating them like candy! They helped with a lot of my bloating and gas. Great price for the amount you get in jar. They are a little sticky but that’s expected with gummy supplements. They aren’t coated in sugar so it tastes very natural.

The worst gummies I have every had. They are so hard you can barely chew and when you do finally are able to chew they stick to to it teeth they taste is he’s to be desired.

The gummies, if you can call them gummies, are coated in sugar. They are quite hard and stick in your teeth. Probably because they are made with tapioca. I taste the ACV strongly after but it does help with my digestion. They are small enough to suck and dissolve quickly enough. Don’t chew.

Great substitute for the liquid apple cider vinegar!
My poor husband appreciates my research and goes along with almost everything I ask him to take. One in particular was adding apple cider vinegar to our lifestyle along with a small spoonful of honey. (I think the honey convinced him.) But, it was still a struggle getting the ratio portion correct and of course getting used to the taste. I found these gummies and felt it just might be the perfect solution. Well, they are! He considers it a treat!

It is not very tasty, I’ve been taking apple cider ginger gummies for a while and these definitely are some of the strangest tasting ones. They do help with digestion but I think I’ve had better before.
