Best Heating Pad Ever! Big Warm Hug!
We call this thing the big warm hug! We have never seen such a fabulous heating pad. Before we ordered this one, we just assumed all heating pads were created equal. Wrong! This one is a million times better! Here’s why.First, the pad itself is incredibly luxurious. It’s soft, plush, and fully washable in the washer. You just have to unplug it and avoid putting in the dryer.Second, it’s HUGE! It has a ruff around the neck like the old Victorian queens wore. This part is heated, too, so if you have neck issues, here you go.Third, it’s made to stay in place. The pad has shoulder pads that come around to the front and snap. This way, you get heat on the front and back of the shoulders, and if you fall asleep or shift around, you don’t have to worry about it falling off.As an added bonus, it really does help sore shoulders, stress knots at the base of the neck, and other places that would be harder for a traditional pad to wrap around.Another cool feature is the fact that it ties around the waist (with long ties in case you’re chubby). This allows you to position it to hug your body to get maximum benefit.And now let’s talk about the heat options. If you are fairly hot natured, just set it on heat level 1 for a gentle heat just above body temp. You will be fine. If you’re a person who’s either in a lot of pain or perpetually cold, crank it up to heat level 6 for a sauna type heat. You’ll be so happy annd cozy. Each to their own, right?After ordering one for our house, we ordered another for an anniversary gift for an older couple. They love it! No one has one as nice as this, so it’s a safe bet to buy as a gift. They are still talking about it. We may order a second one for our house.So far we haven’t found any issues or downsides to this product. We think the weight is ideal and it seems very durable. Very nice. Be sure to measure yourself before purchasing if you have a bit of extra weight on you. Wish it had heat only for the back and not the side. My bad for not reading the description more closely. Anyway, I like it and it works well.

It’s Ok, but not Awesome
I have to agree with most of the reviews. This does work to heat up your neck and shoulders, but I do wish it would be a bit hotter at the highest setting. However if you put it directly on your skin with no layer of clothes under it, it does pretty well. That said, I do agree with people saying it needs heavier weights so it could lay down better on top of your shoulders and the neck piece could be tighter to fit snugger around your neck.
