Really accurate, reliable readings, and reads when others do not seem to
More expensive than others, but worth it. Reads colder hands accurately and fast when others do not work. We asked our pulmonologist which test meter is good. This was the brand that they recommended. We have four low-quality ones, which are either slow reads or vary a lot in their readings. It is worth taking the time to get the right one for your needs.

Stable and accurate afaik
Good quality results. More stable than cheap oximeter.Wish they had a wrist monitor at this price point.Improvements for next model: make the clip less flimsy. Make it pinch less (uncomfortable for more than a few minutes constant reading). Make it lighter (although that may not be feasable due to the extra circuitry needed for a reliable result).

Pulse Oxyimeter
This Pulse Oximeter gives a fast, accurate reading. It has an easy to view screen. Long battery life. Only con is value. Overall, it gives peace of mind, so maybe that’s worth something.

Works well.
I have had the device for approximately 2 weeks, and I use it every day. Its numbers come up very quick and seems to be very accurate. I have another older model to compare it with, and I certainly like the new one better. It did not come with a case. It should have for the amount of money it cost which was right at $300.00 bucks on Amazon.

Tested- accurate! Build quality very poor. Excessively large. App needs work.
This is a tough one. This is very accurate. Tested it at doctor’s office. I almost returned it out of the box because it is shockingly flimsy and will likely not last. It is also quite large. And the app does not record continuous HR and O2 like some others. Nonin is a respected brand and the accuracy is good. But: too large and genuinely flimsy. App needs work.

Why buy an oximeter if it’s not accurate. This one is
This is a “medical grade” oximeter and that’s probably why it’s so expensive compared to most others at Amazon. Most others have accuracy issues so they are not approved for medical patients. Why but an use oximeter if it’s not giving your accurate numbers. I really like this one and use it at the gym when my exercise is dependent on my oxygenation. I have a type of lung disease and use it after each rep. Accuracy is key

Accurate and easy to use
Ease of use. Very accurate and durable. Even worked on my mom’s cold fingers. Much better than the cheaper ones that broke within a months of use.

Great device!
I live in the rocky Mountains and have to check my oxygen saturation on a regular basis After dealing with unreliable results from my old, cheap oximeter, this device has been a real game-changer for me. Nonin’s TruO2 OTC is sturdy, and it gives accurate readings time and time again, so I know I can actually trust them. The peace of mind is worth every penny
