This review is for Wrist Ice Pack Wrap for Carpal Tunnel Relief & Gold compression Brace – 2 Reusable Gel Packs.I have a wrist that hurts after some strength works that include weights or pushups. It is particularly sensitive to heavier weights doing bicep curls or similar moves where the weight pulls the wrist back towards my forearm.This wrap comes in a 2 pack which is important if you plan to keep icing your wrist at 20 minute on/off intervals. There is a smooth plastic feeling side (typical ice pack feel), and the other side is a short terry cloth type fabric. The terry cloth side provides a towel like feeling to block the extreme cold fresh out of the freezer. There is a hole at one end for your thumb. You wrap the gel back down towards your wrist and then use the long Velcro section to attach to itself to hold it in place. Another feature I appreciate is that there is an included bag to store the gel packs in the freezer. It helps prevent that strong, freezer odor that ice packs tend to hold on to.I had placed one gel pack in the freezer the previous evening. I did my workout and then I iced my wrist when I got home. I put my thumb through the hole on one end that is intended to keep the wrap in place without slipping. The gel pack was firm, but I was easily able to wrap around my wrist and secure. I placed the terry cloth side towards my wrist first. After 20 minutes the icepack was still cool, but you would want to flip it over to the other side if you needed it to still feel cool. After about 40 minutes it needed to go back in the freezer.I then used the second gel pack for a heating pad. I heated the room temperature gel pack in the microwave (~ 1000 wattage) for 20 seconds, felt the terry cloth side and continued for another 15 seconds. Rather than rely on just touching the terry cloth side, I strongly recommend taking the gel pack out and massaging it to distribute the heat. Mine was very, very hot. If you overheat it in the microwave, it can pop the seams, and the gel will leak everywhere. The warmth lasted about 20 -25 minutes.I also placed this wrap around my neck just to relax some tight muscles. It is slender enough for smaller, slender necks that a traditional gel pack and draped around enough so I could use the Velcro to keep it in place.I recommend these gel packs in my 2-week product testing. These would be suitable for slender wrists to larger wrists. I will update later after I test their longevity.

Poor Quality
These aren’t very comfortable, but do the job.They stay close enough to skin when firmly wrapped.Quality is very poor, the velcro stitching was poor, and fell off during first use.Looking closely, the edge seals don’t look even either, so I expect leaks.Would not buy again.

Nice wrist cold pack
This is a nice ice pack that works great for the wrist, but can be used on shoulder, etc.The thumb hole allows you to wrap it around your wrist and then apply as much pressure as you want with the velcro. The wrist brace holds a cold temperature for a decent amount of time, over an hour. I find that the freezer is too cold for me, but if you put it in the frige, it makes it the perfect temp for me.The wrist strap is a bit uncomfortable for a long periiod of time, but it is still worth it. If you have wrist issues, then this is a good cold pack for you. The price is a bit expensive, but it does a great job conforming to the wrist.
