The batteries are drained or almost drained or not inserted properly. Change batteries or contact the customer-service.
The display is off suddenly
It is normal that product will auto-shut off when no signal is in the product within 5s. Or the batteries are almost drained. You need to change batteries.

Easy to use. Seems ok until you press the button too many times and it freezes/glitches. Does not come with batteries.

You get what you pay for, I was sitting in the chair with it on and checking my pulse ox showed it was in the 80’s, if that was accurate I would have had a breathing tube in me to helpMe breathe. Not a good purchase.

The ALESHON Pulse Oximeter from ALEMED is a fine product.-so good, in fact, that we immediately ordered another one. The criteria which make this design the best (over older units, like the ubiquitous HIHBI AOJ-70E, marketed by several Amazon vendors, which was most disappointing and was promptly returned,) are:1)The Aleshon PulseOximeter has a sharp, bright, color-coded display that can be read outdoors or indoors, wherever the need may arise (most others are pale blue, at the low end of human visual acuity, and wash out in daylight).2)One can take a quick reading without having to fumble for reading glasses-the display is that well-sized and contrast-enhanced.3)Unlike the HIHBI AOJ-70E, and most others, the display can be push-button rotated 360 degrees, in 90 degree increments, to match the viewer-Self or Helper-and hand orientation (this undoubtedly contributes to the accuracy as the readings can be made on the hand at rest, not twisted and contorted, with blood flow possibly impacted, just to be able to read the screen.)4)The right-hand pulse bar, on the display, is a great innovation.5)The technology is very stable over other units, and produces accurate, stable readings.This is really an advance in design , FINALLY, in terms of Display Optimization, User Interface and Accuracy. INEXPENSIVE AND EXCELLENT
I wanted to get a pulse oximeter for my wife to use as suggested by her doctor. It monitors the oxygen level quite rapidly along with the pulse. I checked it for accuracy by taking a reading from my finger at the doctor’s office and comparing it to this model. It is 100% accurate.It is very very easy to use. Put it on the pointer finger, rest, then push the button to turn on. Take the reading and that’s it. The unit will shut off by itself in a few seconds.The differences I noticed between the ones at the doctor’s office and this Pulse Oximeter is the build and readout panel. The one in the doctor’s office is built for multiple daily use and it has a much more solid feel and made for industrial use (probably made of better plastics, etc.). But for home use, this pulse oximeter is perfect and the price is right.I don’t know the difference between all the models sold here but this particular one was recommended by the doctor. At lease he didn’t steer us into the more expensive industrial models to use at home. It is a good buy.

Battery connection issue
The battery connections are not correct. It has spring connections on one side and a tab connection on the other. The problem is that the positive end of the AAA battery does not make a good connection with the spring and the unit will not turn on until you open the battery compartment and move the battery to make a good connection. I put a piece of aluminum foil on that battery and it works all the time now.
