Cervical pain
It realy relieves pain on my cervical. Enough heat for 2mins in microwave and feels comfortable on body temperature. The quality is good and weight of it but stitches is not in detail. i feel a liitle harshness in a littke part of it.Effective in my cervical pain.Smells mildness good. It fits exactly to my neck and shoulder.

It works: pain relief and gradual healing
For my mom. It can be cooled in freezer, but my mom prefers the heat. We heat the blue furry wrap for only 30 seconds in her powerful microwave and first place a pillow case over her shoulders so that it does not touch her skin bc she makes it clear how she feels about that. I experimented with the length of time needed by 2 second increments. (Note: It does not feel hot to me, but it does to her!) We have used the wrap for a week or so. At first it was too heavy, but soon she felt relief. If she didn’t enjoy it she would not let us place it on her shoulders just to be polite, no way! I don’t know how long the initial heat lasts because it does not seem to matter to her. The weight and the contents seem to actually provide moisture for deep healing as well as heat to relax her shoulders. Now she welcomes the placement of the wrap, but because of its weight, she also feels relief when we remove it! We’re very satisfied with this purchase.

Helps relieve neck and shoulder pain
Pleased with this neck and shoulder wrap. I heat for 2 min. 20 sec. (2 min. Was not warm enough). The only reason I gave 4 statrs is the warmth subsides in about 15 minutes. Very well made with the beads distibuting evenly and the neck portion sturdy enough to stand up and really warm my neck. It does help relieve my arthritis and the size is large enough to help my shoulders too. It does smell slightly of cooked rice when heated but not a deal breaker.

Wife LOVES This Wrap!!!
Two minutes in the microwave on high and this wrap nicely warms your neck, shoulders, and upper back for at least 15-20 minutes. VERY relaxing! My wife loves it!!! Recommended!

Lifesaver!
First of all, I purchased this heat pad at like 2am because I couldn’t sleep my back was hurting so bad! It was delivered the next day by 3 PM. The pad heats up in two minutes in the microwave and last about 30 minutes before I need to reheat it. There is no weird smell, and the material is super super soft! The size and the design are perfect it covers your neck, your shoulders and your upper back and does not fall off. I would highly recommend this product.

Cordless is the way to go!
I picked this Heating Pad based mainly on the reviews; but there is one “pro” that I didn’t see in any review that I read (it may have been brought up by someone earlier in the comments; I didn’t read them all). The fact that you don’t have to sit the whole time you are using it was a big plus for me! I hadn’t even thought about that. Obviously, any cordless heating pad makes them versatile in that way – but I almost bought one with a cord. So glad that I didn’t.

Love this product. Nice big size, heavy, and very comfortable. Feels so nice with the heat. It radiates heat very evenly, relieves pain, and loosens stiff muscles. Provides comforting warmth for a good hour, certainly as long as I need it to and it stays in place throughout. Very nice quality product, highly recommended.
