NOT A MAGIC BULLET, EXCELLENT TOOL
I have used this product for over a year taking 2 pills at breakfast and 2 pills at lunch. It does not magically make you skinny. For me, it yields a lot more energy so that when I get home from work, I feel like doing yard work, working out, chores, projects, etc. Also, I sleep roughly an hour less per night without feeling worse. I.e. It gives a very noticeable boost in metabolism (as advertised).DO:Start at about half a dose (or less to see how you react) and then ramp up. Drink lots of water (this is good for weight loss anyway). Avoid other sources of caffeine (to keep your system regulated). Especially when you start, make sure to exercise before your second dose and bedtime otherwise you may experience restlessness until you are accustomed.DON’T:Don’t expect to suddenly lose weight because you are taking this. Don’t neglect physical activity. Don’t take this a few hours before bedtime. Don’t consume lots of caffeine, sugar, or other foods that cause your energy levels to vary rapidly. Don’t get dehydrate (you may experience headaches).If you take this, you will have a lot more energy. If you have a lot more energy and don’t expend it, you may feel uncomfortable. If you are maintaining a healthy lifestyle for weight loss, this will help accelerate it.

It works on me and personal recommendation
When I buy diet pill I check two things, one is that the pill is effective in losing weight and the other is the major component of pill is from natural ingredient. In my perspective, “Green Tea Fat Burner” is great product for me.I have been trying the `Green Tea Fat Burner’ since August 2014. The reason why I bought this this product is because of the main component of this diet pill from nature ingredient which is green tea. I saw an article that said caffeine from green tea article helps losing weight with less side effects.It works well on me with no side effect. I took it with one hour exercising three times in a week and I lost so many pounds. The reason why I feel this product helped me to lose weight is that after eating these pills I am sweating a lot compared to not taking these pills.Also, the pill includes antioxidant protection which is contained in Asahi berry. That is an extra benefit to use this pill and I feel like I have smoother skin and a more energetic life than before I took it.The suggested amount of pills is two in the morning and two at lunch. I tried to take two pills as that was the suggested amount. However, as a person who is sensitive to caffeine, to me taking two pills at the lunch was enough and it works well on me.Even if I did not feel any side effects so far, I recommend to stop using the pill every two months to prevent tolerance of the pill. Now I kicked the pill two weeks ago and I plan to take this pill one week after.However, everyone has a different body structure. The number of pills that I took is for my proportions, so keep in mind how many pills to take, it depends on you.Thanks for reading.

This product is great since it gives energy, stops hunger and makes you feel full of energy. However, be aware that it may raise your blood pressure, so it is better to consult your doctor before taking it. In my case I had some issues with high blood pressure, however it cannt be directly linked to this merchandise and I was taking 2 pills in the morning and 2 at noon. I decided to stop taking the pills since I felt some small heart palpitations and stress. I recommend this product with precaution. Green tea is an antioxidant. I lost some weight while taking this product, but it is not magic, one must exercise regularly.
