I just herniated a disk in my neck, and this has been my saving grace to manage the pain. I also get tension headaches quite frequently and this helps a lot with those too. First of all, it smells AMAZING- like you’re at a spa! Second, it weighs a good amount, which feels ao good on the neck :& shoulders. Finally, It heats up really easily and stays warm for a long time! I truly recommend this ro anyone experiencing neck pain or headaches, or for people who just want to relax! Hope this helps 🙂

I used this for stiffness and pain in my neck.It is soft to the touch, has a nice flowery scent when heated in the microwave, holds the heat for quite a while.It fits up the neck and across the shoulder, it has a nice weight to it.Just wish it came in a darker colour as it cannot be washed.

My daughter loved this!
