Excellent product and exceptional customer service quickly resolved a damaged item issue.
Brand new package of two toothbrushes and sonic cleaner. Cleaner was a nice surprise as didn’t show in what i had ordered. On arrival one of the toothbrushes was damaged with the spindle loose in the handle, so could not be used.Contacted seller customer service by phone and they shipped me a replacement handle the same day.Sent me photographs of what they were sending, the label and the box it was all shipping in.Arrived the next day and worked perfectly.

I have terrible teeth since I was a kid. My husband and kids have had sonic toothbrushes for ages. I had a different brand, but it broke after a decade. So I bought this set for my husband and I. I love that there are 2 separate bases as we have vanities on different sides of our bathroom. Plus the travel cases are great. We always traveled with regular toothbrushes before. 1 case can fir 2 heads and the handle so only one case is needed if space is an issue. Also, this toothbrush is easier to keep clean than the other brand. We were away 6 nights and the battery didn’t die.

I’ve had Sonicare toothbrushes for the last 15+ years, and I must admit, these are the best! The dual packaging is a plus, with both a spare case and charger. The two settings are perfect, “clean” is more steady, and “gum care” is more gentle – the other settings on the more expensive models are honestly “fluff”… THIS model is thin and light, so easy to use, it has the newer, simpler brush heads, with many inexpensive, but quality replacements available!

Very nice toothbrush. My whole family uses them. The last one I bought failed at the one year mark. We will see how well these hold up.

Don’t assume the pop up’s with other items to be correct.
I ordered the two pack of sonicare brushes. One for the camper and one for my shaving kit. I have one at home and miss the cleaning when we travel. Replacement brush heads popped up on the order and I ordered a six pack assuming if it was presented as “also ordered these items” the brush head would be a good fit for sonicare. Unfortunately the heads presented were for Advance or Clean Care toothbrushes. A good example of buyer beware.

We’ve used Sonicare electric toothbrushes for probably as long as they’ve been around and have always been pleased. Of our last set, one of the handles stopped working, but considering the set was 5+ years old, that seems fair. I ordered this set as a replacement because we still had a package of replacement heads for our old set and I didn’t want to waste those. The model is a bit smaller, and the vibration is definitely different, but once we got used to using it, we don’t feel that this model does any different a job than previous models. It just took some getting used to. Staying in the Sonicare family, the travel cases, heads, and chargers match what we already had. We didn’t really need to replace the travel cases or chargers, but it’s nice to have new ones.
