No need for a gym when traveling
This bag of bands is absolutely terrific for a workout on the road. When away from home I always take it with me. I primarily use the green and blue bands, but it all depends on your strength. You can work out every body part. I like to do three sets and then a fourth drop set, meaning I pause for 20 seconds and then repeat the exercise I just did. I do upper body/lower body on alternate days for 15 minutes. They are really terrific. Pro tip: bring a pair of light lifting gloves with you and throw them in the bag with the bands.

Worth the money but don’t expect it to last forever.
Almost three years of light-moderate use and I am down two bands. At first I was disappointed but then I see that they cost under $30 so I will say that I received my money’s worth.Unfortunately one band broke while doing assisted pull ups so that was not fun. The other one broke on my wife and she won’t speak about what happened. I wish it broke on my ex-wife so she would never speak again either but anyway…The plan was to replace this set with a ‘name brand’ but I think that I will just reorder this set since the other one that I was looking at was $75 for three bands.

I got these resistance bands to help me stretch out my shoulder after shoulder surgery. These help with resistance and allow you to stretch and work out muscles and other parts of the body, not just your shoulder.

Honestly the price point for these are real nice. You can get a lot done with bands, and these are no exception. The rubber on these doesn’t feel cheap or smell of strong chemicals, doesn’t feel like it’ll break even under high tension, no sign of stretch deformation, from the highest resistance (red) to the lowest (yellow). Resistance feels consistent and not shaky even on the lower end ones, I don’t feel like it’ll lose grip and snap back at me, and the included door stop anchor is brilliant and simple. My elderly mom uses them to restore mobility as she’s lost a lot of muscle strength, and they give her a great, safe stretch. If you need bands, get a pack of these and move on!
