Perfect for meditation especially for beginners
I bought this meditation pillow to make it easier for me as a beginner to meditate and not pay attention to my legs falling asleep or my back hurting. It raises you off the ground enough to where your back, legs and joints don’t bother you and allow you to concentrate on your meditation. It’s great quality, perfect width and height and firm enough while also providing comfortable support. I like how it comes with a pillow cover so you’re able to protect your cushion better and wash it. Overall a high quality, premium product and priced affordable! So glad I found this product and can’t wait to go on my meditation journey with the help of this cushion!

Relieves My Pain
I love this cushion! I’ve had a good amount of piriformis-related pain and neck pain. I can sit on this cushion and all of it disappears. Sometimes I sit on the floor with it, but I also put it on my couch and perch atop it there. I’m convinced the firm buckwheat fill confirms to my body and provides the perfect amount of support to keep my posture aligned.

La verdad es que el producto está bastante bien pero después de un rato como que pierde firmeza y se empieza como que a hundir no es algo malo pero la verdad es que la experiencia al inicio es espectacular y ya una vez que está hundido pues no es mala pero estaba mejor en la primera semana
