Heavy duty bands definitely worth the money!
Before buying these bands, I had one rubber tube with handles on it and when it broke, it shot hard rubber pieces into the air. I bought this set because it’s heavy duty and has five different levels of resistance in the bands. I think this is a great product!

Good Resistance Bands
This was a gift for a relative. I can say that he was very happy with them and found them to be exactly what he needed for his physical therapy. I’m sorry I can’t give a more thorough review on this product, but I haven’t used them myself. Items are missing in the received packets. No handle bars found thus making the resistance bands totally useless o use as I cannot use these bands without that, moreover gate knob is also not present in the box. I have asked for the return.
