Relief and good support for the wrist
This wristband for carpal tunnel has helped me a lot to relieve the discomfort in the wrist. It provides good support without being uncomfortable and allows you to move your hand easily. The material is comfortable, breathable and fits well. I use it for daily activities and also when working with my hands, and I have noticed improvement. Good value for money, I recommend it.

This is the best of the 2 I tried
I have very arthritic wrists that hurt constantly. I need to wear some kind of brace both half of the day and half of the night. I bought 2 sets of wrists braces, this and on by HuiRa. (I think that’s the spelling of the 2nd best brand) . Initially, I preferred the other because it was a no brainer for putting it on. However, I now pronounce this pair as the winner. I did have to look at left and right at least twice to figure out if the smaller end went on the palm or over the top of the hand. No problem. Of critical importance is that the piece of fabric between thumb and pointer finger is a little wider and doesn’t cause any irritation. I like the design in how I can wrap it at any angle, at varied heights up my arm, and fasten it tighter or looser depending on my needs for firm support. The fabric is soft and I don’t even know it’s there. It is lightweight and breathable. I did wear it on 80° days. The Velcro seems good, but I’ve only used it for about 2 weeks. It seems to be high quality. I recommend these without any reservations.

Sleeping better/reduced pain
I was dreading sleeping in these but was so tired of my wrists hurting all day. These have made a huge improvement in the pain I was experiencing daily. Getting used to sleeping in them has not been difficult at all. I actually sleep better because I’m not waking up with my wrists/hands hurting

I just got my cast off, broken wrist. I wanted some support, but not too stiff. I can still move my wrist around, as I need to practice twisting and using again after 8 weeks. Easy to put on, and not too thick.
