I really desperately want to love this pillow set but I really do not find myself using the small pillow to sit on very often because I have a very large butt and the pillow is just a bit too small. I find that it makes for a better stiff couch pillow or an armrest or even some place to place a bowl of food while you are relaxing on the couch. The mat has found itself in many different places from the couch to the bed and onto several different chairs.As a meditation cushion set I find that the wedge pillow for sitting is a bit too high and the velcro is actually quite annoying. I wish it was a larger velcro place so that I can position the pillow anywhere I would like on one side of the cushion. It is really difficult to wash this pillow and the cover.Really this is the favorite of my cats more than anybody else.

Great support
The memory foam has a very nice firmness to it that’s not too soft and not too hard. Perfect for any sort of exercise that involves you being on your knees. The color is very pleasant and I actually have similar pads. When I saw the product online I was thinking that the little cube that you sit on wouldn’t do much but honestly it’s perfect. I wish it would be just a little bit taller but it’s fine. It gives adequate support for when you are sitting on it. One thing that I don’t really like though is how much the fabric pulls whenever you want to detach the cube that you sit on. It protrudes out a bit and it makes storing it a bit weird and when I tried to remove the cube you have to be really careful that you don’t pull too hard so that you don’t rip it from the fabric since the velcro is so strong.

Good Quality, Ergonomically Designed and Versatile
This cushion set functions perfectly for what it is designed to do. I am impressed by the density of the foam, the lack of odor, the softness of the fabric, the durability and overall quality. Its versatility is my favorite thing about it. There isn’t just one way to use it. When not in use a mediation seat, I place the large base wedge against the wall behind my futon/floor bed as a headboard. The angle is perfect and the foam is the ideal firmness. The covers unzip easily for washing as needed, and there is even a tiny pocket to isolate the zipper pulls from being an irritant. This cushion set has made my daily life more comfortable and functional. I think it is a good value for the money.

Can be versatile and long lasting
I found that this cushion had a nice amount of firmness but because I do have some mobility issues due to my knees (with both knees having been replaced) and general leg weakness and arthritis, I need this to be a just wee bit more firm for use. But I can assure you that it won’t go to waste because I can manipulate for my lower back support when I sleep and I’m sure I will eventually find other uses.Otherwise I find this cushion set well constructed, versatile and lasting for years.

Finally, I Can Meditate Without My Legs Falling Asleep!
As someone who loves the idea of floor sitting but has terrible hip and knee flexibility, this cushion set is a game-changer. The ability to adjust the height by attaching or detaching the wedge pillow is brilliant. I found the perfect angle to tilt my pelvis forward, which completely eliminated the lower back strain I usually get from sitting cross-legged.The foam is firm yet supportive, and the zippered covers are easy to remove and wash. I use it not just for meditation, but also for reading, watching TV, and even as a supportive pillow for my legs while I sleep. It’s ok
This is a bit smaller and a good deal less supportive than it looks in the photos. It’s basically going to work fine for folks who don’t *really* need it that much – no hip or knee issues. It’s nice looking and seems reasonably made, but it really doesn’t help much for me. I’m having knee issues so I can’t really sit in a kneeling position on hard flooring, and this doesn’t really change that. The top also attaches to the bottom with Velcro so you can change direction, but it compresses a LOT when you’re sitting on it, so you may not get the height that you need. I suspect that the model sitting on it is using her thighs more than the cushion to keep that height.

Great for someone with leg strength.
This is very plush and soft. I feel you have to use your muscles a bit to hold yourself up. The floor pad is comfortable for your knees. It does come a part to store easy. The seat is not as big as it looks in their photo. But it is big enough to use. The quality is very durable and the color is spot on. I took a star away because I feel the seat doesn’t give you the support you need, unless you have good leg strength.
