Grew to love it!!
I bought this microwaveable heating pad to help with circulation issues, leg pain, and general aches and pains. If you’re on the fence or disappointed at first, this may still end up being perfect for you.When I first got it, I actually didn’t like it. It was extremely stiff. For the first several uses (about the first 10), it felt hard, not very bendable, and not at all malleable. I remember thinking, “How is this even usable?”Here’s the important part: it completely changed.After repeated heating and use, it finally “broke in.” The fabric softened a LOT, and the filling became flexible and moldable. Now it bends easily around my legs and body and feels comfortable instead of rigid. The difference between the beginning and now is night and day.Another unexpected bonus is the smell. It isn’t scented at all, but once it broke in, it developed this really pleasant, natural aroma from the filling — and the more I use it, the better it smells.It also retains heat very well, which is exactly what I need for pain relief and circulation support.If you buy this and your first reaction is, “Wow, this is way too stiff,” don’t give up immediately. Give it some time and some uses. I’m really glad I did, because now I love it and use it regularly.

Good quality, soft and comfortable
The cover of the heating pad is soft and smooth to the touch. It has not needed to be washed yet, but that it is separate and washable is definitely a positive feature. The heating pad is very comfortable to use, as the way it is made helps keep the grains inside evenly distributed so there are no lumps and the warmth is evenly distributed. The size of the heating pad is good; it covers one’s neck and mid-back at the same time. Due to the product’s design it seems like it would work for other areas of the body very effectively, also. Overall, my recommendation would be positive. My mom used this heating pad and found it so comfortable she fell asleep the first time she tried it, so I would say that’s two thumbs up from us!

Works as expected.
Love the heating pad, however I need to warm it up for about 4 minutes in the microwave to get it to the temperature I want to use it. Lasts about 10 minutes.

Decent Hot Pad
To tell the truth my husband ordered this hot pad for me and after I read the reviews after he had ordered it I thought I would for sure not like it. Reviews said that it did not heat up nice and was filled with moisture. After receiving it I put it in the microwave about 8 times for 1 minute on each side kind of folded. Each time taking out after the 2 minutes and let lay on a towel and dry out and then continued for the 8 times doing the same thing with the hot pad. Now it will have just a tiny bit of moisture on it after 2 minutes (1 minute on each side) and it is pretty warm for about 15 minutes, so it does work pretty good on my back, shoulders or anywhere else I need to use it on my body. So with all that said it doesn’t work as good as my bean one at staying hot for a longer amount of time and not having moisture on my old one but it works pretty good for the price and the size is okay, not to small but could be bigger. I use it quite a bit for my painful body.

YES YES YES. I am obsessed with hot packs and this one is perfect, it’s big enough to cover both your feet. It’s the biggest one I’ve ever gotten and it stays warm all night AND customer service is phenomenal. They send out replacements if there are ever any issues. Highly recommend

Great seller — be careful when microwaving to avoid burning
We purchased this heating pad about a month ago. It had been working great until today when we smelled something burned after microwaving this pad. We discovered a few big burned patches even though we microwaved it for two minutes as usual. Very disappointing.Edit — 12/23/2025The seller reached out to me after my review and offered a refund or replacement. We opted for a replacement because we really liked this heating pad and want to give it another chance. Given the superb customer service, I changed my rating from 1 to 5. Since the seller stands by their product, there is no risk of buying and trying it out. The seller offers a tip to microwave it at a short interval (30-60 secs).

Not quite right for me, but I understand why people like it
It’s not really unscented. The scent may not be intentional, but it does have one. I like it. It reminds me of dried tarragon and tea bags. It has a soft cover and seems to be very well made. I got it for lower back pain. Therefore, I have to put it under my back. I find it to be too thick to lie on. I have also found that mine doesn’t heat evenly, nor in the time suggested. The middle gets hot, but not the edges. I think I’m going to send it back and use a homemade heat pad made with uncooked white rice.

Good product for the money
Works great got it for some shoulder pain after a pulled muscle, heating times vary depending on how hot you want it and it stays warm for a while. The outter cover is soft and comfy. The only thing id like to see on the packaging is what is actually inside the pad. And maybe have aroma options if possible.

I really like the quality if this bag, it really seems someone put thought into the design, it has a plush side and a velvety side and it also has a cotton case that comes with it, I am guessing it depends on the type of fabric feel you prefer, I like all of them. The instructions say to only warm up for 2 minutes, I felt that it was not enough heat after two minutes but I tried it on my shoulder and it still really helped with soreness but the heat was dry, when its advertised as a “wet” heat bag. The next time I heated it up for 2 minutes, waited a bit, turned it over and did another 2 minutes, and it had much more heat and I felt the “dampness” that was advertised as “wet” heat, I found it pleasant but I am not sure if everyone would like it. The bag does not have any smell, I know some come with lavender but I prefer no scent. I definitely think its worth buying, great product. LOVE IT!
