Must have for babies!
4+ years of using for 3 kids and still love it. Only issue now is that a little bolt/pin at the front is starting to come out and we can’t push it back in. But after many uses, that’s ok and we’ll continue to use it till it stops working.Good quality, great value, easy to use, nice and small. I keep it in my make up bag, that way I always have it nearby or with us when we travel.

Clipper is Perfect…Magnifying glass is not!
Clipper is Perfect! Its a good size, easy to grip and hold but…the Magnifying glass is a good idea in concept but in practice it is a bigger detriment than an asset in my opinion. I say this because while it does magnify things if you or your child move during this process, and come on parents we KNOW they are almost always moving, you become easily disoriented and that creates an accident waiting to happen. It also means it takes forever to see and clip those little nails! When not using the magnifier the clippers perform very well. My only complaint regarding the clippers is that the pin that holds the lever on kept popping out until I lost the pin. I loved the grip I have on these clippers so I ordered them again but I hope the pin stays in this time!

This seems to be a nice product but the only problem is looking from a magnifying lens is hard for me to cut the baby nails. Except this the product is really good and durable.

THESE CLIPPERS ARE DANGEROUS! Like this review to save many babies from bleeding fingers!
Until I got these, I was very good at nail clipping. I looked very carefully using reading glasses, and didn’t make mistakes. Twice I drew blood on my baby with these, being foolish enough to think the magnifying glass was giving a clear picture.NEVER NEVER trust the view in the magnifier! It is in the wrong place, and eliminates any sense of depth. It assures you will eventually cut your baby’s fingers. Use baby clippers without this bogus magnifier, with lots of light and reading glasses if you don’t have perfect close-up vision. Amazon sells +6 reading glasses that will give you better vision than you’ve ever had up close.Also, don’t get those lighted clippers either, or the ones with guards on the sides, because you need to be able to look into the clippers if you want to know what exactly you will cut.I gave this five stars instead of one to warn people. Ich würde nichts anderes mehr kaufen.Man muss bei diesen “Klipsern” immer aufpassen. Aber hier hat man wenigstens eine sehr gute Rundumsicht auf die Messer.Für mich ist die Lupe nichts. Ich schaue lieber etwas seitlich statt vom oben auf den Nagel.Die Messer sind sehr scharf. Man kann ohne grossen Druck die kleinen Nägelchen schneiden. Das die Nägelchen sich dabei leicht verbiegen ist völlig normal und tut dem Kind werder weh noch schädigt dies dem Nagel selbst!Einzig und alleine ein kleiner Schutz der Messer zum Verstauen wäre noch gut gewesen.Von mir eine klare Kauf Empfehlung!

I was terrified of cutting my newborn daughter’s finger nails for many weeks. She had long nails right from when she was born but I was extremely worried about how to cut it, so I had her hands covered in mitts all the time until now. I recently took the brave step and used this product to cut her nails when she was asleep and found it easy enough. The magnifier was pretty useless though, and in fact, a little disorienting. I used the nailcutter without the magnifier and it worked just fine. It also folds away compactly. For the price, it’s a really good product.
