Make you feel full faster. No energy difference
So far I do notice that when I eat them about 10 minutes before my main meal I definitely eat less. They areThey are a pale yellow, two per serving. They are larger than a standard candy gummy bear. The quality taste. I am m I not fond of the taste, but it’s not horrible you do not have to gag them down..If they do you work for you The taste is nothing. For other effectiveness for energy level or anything like that I don’t see any difference. I do not notice the difference of digestion, it does not hurt my stomach when I take them. I’ve only been taking for about a week, so I don’t really notice any weight loss, but I notice I eat less. It does have good ingredients in it and not a ton of ingredients which is always beneficial. I can also pronounce the ingredients with his also in my eyes very beneficial.. I would say the value is good they’re not expensive, and if they are effective for you they’re definitely more cost conscientious than many others.Main issue, they got warm I’m guessing on the trip to my house and they are all stuck together and stuck to the side. I do have to peel them apart unfortunately. So far they’ve peeled apart enough to where I can confirm that I am truly eating too full gummies.
