Where has this been my whole life? I tried this because it was rated high for dark spots and I have a very prominent sun spot by my upper lip.The spots are lighter and the rough texture is smoothing out. My skin feels soft and the appearance is bright, moisturized, and firm. I had a friend who hadn’t seen me for a few weeks tell me I look wonderful and life must be treating me good. I told her it was True Skin!I apply this once a day, with a second application on my dark spots. I’m amazed and extremely happy with the results. Its so easy to use and I’m getting better results than I’ve ever gotten with the more expensive products. It smells good, too!

Results in Less Than 1 Month
This picture is after a month of use. I’ve had hyperpigmentation for 10 years now from laying on the sun while on antibiotics when I was in my 20s – not smart. The dark spots are fading and significant lighter. Several of the spots and freckles have completely vanished. Now, for the large hyperpigmentation areas on both cheeks, I hope it continues to fade. Again, this pic is only after a month. Visible results in 1 month is amazing for a product under $30.00. This serum has retinol which can cause dry skin. I use a serum before I apply it and a moisturizing serum and moisturizer after to avoid drying out and flaking. It’s worked – my skin is not dry or flaking and has a glow. Super silky product and feels smooth on skin, it’s refreshing. No smell, and didn’t make my face red. It seems to absorb well, but I use a hairdryer in between each product u use to open my pores with the warm air and dries the product faster and absorbs quicker. It application, just like all serums. Very pleased and I am excited to see more results in a month from now.If you struggle with stubborn skin damage like me (mine is really bad) I know how freaking frustrating it is when you just want it gone! I thought my face would stay this dark and get darker for the rest of my life. I have a little bit of hope now that it will mostly go away one day if I keep following a skin routine. Fresh smell, leaves your skin looking and feeling amazing. On my second bottle and I do feel it’s helping with dark spots/blemishes. Overall great product. Not oily or greasy.

Not Impressive
I was using the Obagi serum for over a year and decided to save a little money and give the TruSkin Vit C Super Serum a try. After using it daily for over 8 weeks I’m not very impressed with it. I wash my face every day, and the first thing I do is apply about a pea size amount of the serum to my forehead, each cheek, my neck, and upper chest (just below my neck line), allow it to soak in a few minutes and then I apply a water gel moisturizer. I follow that up with a zinc-oxide sunscreen with an SPF of 30+. At the end of the day I wash my face again and apply the water gel moisturizer.Pros: It goes on smoothly, doesn’t leave face feeling sticky or greasy, and has a light citrus scent that I am only able to smell when I apply it.Cons: The dark spots on my face did not lighten or fade as others have mentioned (I have fair skin), the bottle design is horrible – if you don’t get the dropper back in the bottle without touching the sides of the opening, you’ll have a big mess around the cap once you screw it back down.Sadly, I will probably be going back to Obagi. I was really hoping this serum would work just as well, but I can’t say it’s really worth it even at this price point.

Light serum that is quickly absorbed, light pleasant scent. I have an oily T zone with dry cheeks and I find this product suitable for my entire face. I had a lot of blocked pores on my nose and they are less visible since using this product. Goes well under moisturiser or makeup, or use alone.
