What attracted me to this product are the individual serving packets, and the “peptides from bovine sources certified as grass-fed and pasture-raised.” My body has always responded well to grass-fed products so I was excited for this product.Unfortunately, it doesnt seem very effective for me. I didn’t notice any improvement in my skin or joints. However, I didnt notice any negative effects either. I had a neutral experience.The collagen mixes very well and dissolved rather quickly in my water. Since its unflavored, that allowed for creativity and flavoring of my own preference or taste buds at the time.The price is exceptional for the product you get. This is especially true for a product that comes in single-serving packets. These individual packets make it a great option when you’re on the go.Overall, I think it’s a good product, but it wasnt effective for me.
