I love this product
I was having a lot of trouble keeping my electrolytes stable. Even drinking a Gatorade everyday, which tastes bad, I was still getting horrible foot and leg cramps, although the Gatorade helped. Now I skip the Gatorade and just take one of these capsules daily in the morning and my nighttime leg/foot cramps have practically disappeared. The capsules are a little large, but they are soft and I have no trouble swallowing them. There is no taste that I’ve noticed. They include some Probiotics, which is another bonus for me. I was able to cut out taking Probiotics, CoQ10, and magnesium separately because it’s all included here. So it’s saving me money on all that. One bottle last 4 months, so it’s worth the price. I highly recommend this product!

I’ve been taking the photos now for a couple of weeks feel like it has helped me with reducing all headaches and overall health I’m going to continue to take it and will update this review if my opinion changes. Seems to be a good product at a nice price.

Great blend of electrolytes
I’m not on keto but I’ve compared a lot of different electrolyte pills and this one is I feel one of the best “bang for your buck” pills you can find. You’re getting a lot per pill, both in mg quantity of electrolyte and number of different ingredients (not just multiple different electrolytes but also vitamins and CoQ10). Plus a “serving” is only 2 pills unlike some other brands which make you take 3 or even 4, which if you’re like me you don’t want to be choking down a bunch of big pills every morning.

Can’t do without them
my husband and I both use this product. I suffer with a lot of cramps from I’m assuming loss of salt. But when I take this product regularly, the cramps are so much less intense and do not come as often. The only thing I don’t enjoy is that you have to take three of the capsules every day I just wish you could take one and be done with it.
