I bought the 3% grade because I read of a new recipe where you put half a cup of 3% grade in a gallon of warm water and soak your feet three times a week. I’m on my third soak and actually I do feel the toxins being pulled out and I’m feeling better. So the 3% grade seems to do the trick, not the over-the-counter that we buy at the dollar tree. I was sick when I started and I’m almost completely healed now. Love the product will continue to use it as this method also gets rid of fungus from nail salons and I seem to have that problem too.
