I’m impressed! The texture is lightweight, absorbs quickly, and leaves my skin feeling smooth and hydrated. I love that it includes Vitamin B5 and ceramides to support my skin barrier. Amazing product, Amazon Basics! It’s “Hydrating” indeed!
I admit, I was initially questioning purchasing Amazon Basics Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid. But, because CeraVe had raised the price I gave it. I’m amazed with this product. I can see amazing results, and it’s been only days since I began using it. I’m no spring chicken but my over 60 skin looks years younger. Results may be different for others. My skin says, “Ahhhh, hydration…” So glad I tried it. Great job, Amazon Basics!

I recently tried the Amazon Basics Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid Serum and was pleasantly surprised by how well it performs for the price. The texture is lightweight and absorbs quickly into the skin without feeling sticky or greasy. After applying it to slightly damp skin, my face felt noticeably more hydrated and smooth within minutes.Over a couple of weeks of use, I noticed my skin looked plumper and felt softer throughout the day, especially in dry areas. It layers well under moisturizer and makeup, which makes it easy to add into a daily routine.The only downside is the pump bottle — it can be a little tricky to get the last bit of product out. This is a light lotion
I like Amazon Basics Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid Serum. As others have said, it has a light lotion consistency. It has a faint natural ingredient aroma like aveeno at the time of dispensing but I don’t smell it afterwards. Having unscented products is very important to me to prevent headaches and this is good.I’ve been applying this serum to my neck, followed by an application of Aveeno Eczema Therapy lotion once or twice a day. My neck looks a lot better, smoother and a bit less wrinkly for a 50+ year old person. It’s a little sticky so I wouldn’t wear a nice scarf or turtleneck with it. I’ll definitely apply it as part of my overall makeup routine before any event where I want to look nice.I’ve tried this serum on my eye area and am not as happy with those results. Applied to crow’s feet and inner corner. I didn’t see a differerence and also there was no pain but my eyes were watering slightly and the only thing I can think of was the addition of the serum to my face. I’m going to stick with using this only on my neck.

Okay but not Cerave
Okay- Here is the Scoop on the Amazon Basics Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid Serum – This product is the affordable version of the Cerave Hydrating Hyaluronic Acid Serum. Honest review here- I saw the price tag on Cerave $29.50 and didn’t want to pay that trying it for the first time– $30 is $30 dollars-The first thing I noticed about the Amazon version- Very light– watery- I didn’t feel like it was a good alternative options. I went to CVS and bought the Cerave Brand – much much better- If in a pinch use the AB but if you can- try the Cerave – You’ll notice the difference right away!

Great lightweight moisturizer
Great lightweight, non-greasy moisturizer. I have combination skin and this is perfect for the dry areas in the summer and for all over when the dry winter air dries out even my oily skin. The pump applicator is very convenient, as well.
