If you want energy and want to loose weight
I’ve been taking the green tea pills for a while. I can se the difference in my weight, they give me lots of energy. I only take them in the morning and afternoon because the caffeine keeps me up at night. You definitely have to take them with food if not it will upset your stomach. But I will definitely recommend

WORKS FOR ME
First of all, every body type is different and has a different chemistry and it changes as one grows older. When younger my metabolism was always high and never had an issue with weight. Now that I’m older, unfortunately that is no longer true. I had doubts about trying “diet pills” as they seem to never work in reading countless reviews. I have not been able to lose the excess weight around my middle… even with 2 hours a day exercise and low carb diet/no sugar for months. So decided what have I got to lose in checking out diet pills? (besides weight…lol) Knowing green tea is a great antioxidant I decided to go this route first. In looking at products on Amazon and other places, I decided to give these a try in August. It is now mid October and I was quite surprised at the results. They do not make me jittery, even with the added caffeine. And the fat is actually disappearing. I have lost 5 inches off my middle and 10lbs since taking these. I still watch my carb and zero sugar intake and still exercise – but unlike before, the fat is now going. They are cheap enough for you to try and if you see no progress after 6 weeks or two months, then they are not for you. I saw results within a month…but then again ALL body chemistries are different. You have to find what works for you and trying different things is usually a must. But do try these. Good luck!

I’ve been trying the green tea pill for about 3 weeks now and I have seen results of me losing weight it definitely gives you energy and it will full up fast and crave your appetite it definitely works the only thing I did not like about it was the first night of me taking it I couldn’t go to sleep it definitely gave you energy so I cut my pill down to one pill per day not three like they say on the instructions but everybody is different but it did not work for me so I had to cut it down to one pill
