Came In Yellowish Color – Looks Defective/Old?
I ordered cetaphil vitamin c serum, it non greasy, it keeps my skin looking young & hydrated & it’struly worth the price. Especiallywhen you get it on subscription. However, this time it came as a light yellowish color. It’s normally light grayish color, this is the first time it ever happened. I didn’t want to take a chance using the product. So I asked for a replacement & Amazon so sweet as usual agreed. The delivery was great, on time, package undamaged & driver friendly. I gave 4 stars because of the product. I’m guessing this one just slipped through the cracks. Other than that GALDERMA is a great company. I like their vitamin c, it does great for my skin. ☺️ Amazon really goes the extra mile for their customers. I have used two bottles of this so far and will continue to buy it. I apply in the morning before sunscreen and it has reduced my dark circles a bit and made my skin texture smoother and pores look smaller. It is lightweight and unscented, and does not irritate my skin. Will definitely continue purchasing this!

Mildly irritating to sensitive skin
This serum caused some mild irritation around my nose also a few breakouts (which is unusual for me). It does make the skin look bright and somewhat oil controlled, but it’s not what I expected overall. There is no scent, the consistency is smooth, and it blends easily. After reading the reviews I was sure that there was no way that the product would contain gold glitter – it does! Absolutely unnecessary ingredient. I’m puzzled why it would ever be part of the formula. I won’t be re-ordering this product.

Used this for 2 weeks and have not had any sort of irritation or redness. Does not leave a greasy or sticky feeling. It has helped with the texture and dark spots a bit but it will take more than 2 weeks to notice a significant difference.
