A Comfortable, Practical, and Easy to Use Wrist Therapy WrapI’ve been using this Comfytemp wrist wrap as part of my home routine for managing mild wrist discomfort and occasional swelling, and it’s become one of those “keep it handy” items. The two-gel-pack setup is genuinely practical—while one is in use, the other can stay in the freezer or be ready for heating, so I’m never waiting around to switch. The wrap itself is soft yet supportive, and it fits snugly without cutting off circulation. I can adjust it easily with the Velcro straps so it stays in place even while I’m moving around the house.For cold therapy, the packs come out of the freezer pliable enough to contour well to my wrist and hand, providing a solid chill without feeling like a block of ice. For heat, a short time in the microwave gives me soothing warmth that helps relax the joint and surrounding muscles. The optional thumb opening helps position the wrap so it covers exactly where I need relief.A couple of small notes: the cold lasts about 20–25 minutes before it starts to warm up, so if I want a longer session, I swap in the second pack. Also, if the Velcro edge brushes bare skin, it can feel a little rough—easy enough to avoid by adjusting the strap or wearing over a thin layer.Bottom line: This wrist wrap is comfortable, versatile, and quick to use whether you need cold for swelling or heat for stiffness. Great relief for wrist tendinitis – very comfortable to use
I have wrist tendinitis and this ice pack has been very helpful. It fits comfortably around the wrist, stays cold long enough, and really helps reduce pain and inflammation. Easy to use and much more effective than other ice packs I’ve tried. Highly recommend it.

Almost perfect!
They work as intended and are well-made. They do not wrap as tightly when frozen as they do in the picture, they have to soften up a bit and become flexible to not be like wrapping blocks around your wrist, if that makes sense. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because the microfiber outer shell is only on one side. The vinyl side can get painfully cold, so I’ve had to find a way to wrap them and stick the velcro inside the wrap, making it hard to wrap it tightly. I love the concept of having the thumb hole. I just wish I could appropriately wrap them backwards and have a way to velcro it. Size-wise they seem as though they will fit many wrist sizes and they were affordable.

this has been great for my carpal tunnel. it offers support while comforting my wrist. the Size of it is great and I still have plenty of mobility. Does take a while to freeze so I leave in the freezer overnight.

best investment towards recovery
i sprained my wrist 3 weeks ago and these have been a life saver since day one. the fit is nice, and the flexibility is good, while still being a bit ridged for my hurt wrist. i work in a kitchen, so i’m using my hands all day. i keep one at work, and just pop it on when i need it. i can still move around and go about my work while resting my hand, but i am not hindered. (don’t worry, i’m not doing a lot of work during ice time. sometimes just typing up a one handed email)it stays cold for the 20 minute maximum limit, and while it can be a bit cold when first out of the freezer, i found it does depend on the temperature it is set at, cause the one at work is too chilly, and the one at home is just right. i use a tea towel wrapped between my wrist and the pack, and it is plenty good.haven’t tested heat.

Carpal tunnel relief by numbing the wrist
These are good for carpal tunnel pain relief. I’m scheduled for surgery on both hands, but not for another month. In the meantime I needed some sort of pain relief. While this doesn’t fix the problem, or stop the tingling in my fingertips, it does provide numbness which is a nice change from pain.They fit very well with the thumb hole and flexible ice wrap with a Velcro end that attaches anywhere on the ice wrap. They are easy to use, and freeze quickly.

Works OK but Isn’t Great
The idea of these are great, and they do stay soft when frozen which is great for a hand wrap, but the soft fuzzy side is on the wrong side-it’s just plastic on the part that goes against your skin which makes it so uncomfortable. Too cold. The soft fuzzy side would’ve been just right, but you can’t flip it and have it work because the Velcro is on the wrong side.

I bought this for my post surgery
I had carpal tunnel surgery in both my hands and I couldn’t keep a bag on my hand all the time so what I did is I bought these and they work perfectly They got a little hole in there that you can stick your thumb in there and wrap it around your hand and you go about your business and do whatever you got to do .It doesn’t leak. There are different colors but I bought mine in blue and this very flexible the sizes are just regular to meet your hand it’s for all sizes can be very mobile with this on too and it’s to help your swelling in your hands and it also I like it because later on I can use it in the future for other things like if you have a headache you can drape it across your head you know if it can be used in multiple other things besides just a hand surgery. Be used for all different things for toothaches for everything and it doesn’t leak I just put it in the freezer and leave it there until I need it I bought two of them. And survive those surgeries without these things they’re very well needed I’m telling you You need to get them.
