How to heat？

1. Remove the pad, then place the wrap on a clean plate in the microwave.

2. Heat in 2 mins for a deep, penetrating heat. If more heat desired, heat extra in 15 seconds increments.

3. Gently shake the pad to help its contents f6ll evenly.

(Tips:The first time you warm it you may notice a little moisture on the surface, this is quite normal and will reduce after a few uses.Spray a little water before microwaving it to get a moist therapy.).

How to cold？

1.Place in a large bag and keep in freezer for at least 4 hours prior to use.

2.Gently shake the wrap to help its contents filled evenly.
