In my opinion, this is the best of Crest’s whitening strips. The level of whitening, 6 levels, is perfect. I don’t have to worry about gum sensitivity. I’ve use them about every six months. I’ve used this particular kit for the last two years.

Okay. So. I’m one of those people who’s dentin is visibly prominent. That means – I’m very limited when it comes to whitening products and services (dentin is yellow). My dentist advised against in office whitening treatments because they’re expensive and she said she can’t change the color of dentin (she would have made more money telling me otherwise so I trust her). She suggested these strips because they’d probably help with the slight staining on my enamel and it was worth trying. Well – I tried everything but these, for a few years. I tried much cheaper strips and they did nothing at all. In fact – they kind of broke up some of my staining and sort of spread it? Haha I swear my teeth looked more yellow afterwards. I’ve tried whitening toothpastes and whitening mouthwashes. I’ve tried peroxide rinses etc. nothing really did anything. So I was hesitant to spend this money on these strips. I wish I tried them when my dentist recommended them.For me – someone who’s dentin is more pronounced – I didn’t get white teeth. That would be impossible. But I *did* get a few shades lighter. Still a win, considering nothing else worked, in the past. I WILL be buying these again and using them as often as Crest suggests (that info is on the box).I did have a tooth react pretty intensely to these. The enamel wore off towards my gum – that happened before these strips. Anyways, I kind of expected some sensitivity in that area and yep – wow – very much. In fact – it bothered that tooth enough – after one strip – that it hurt for about a week. Anyways – after that initial strip, I cut the strip in half and just skipped that tooth all together – applying the (now) two upper strips on either side of the sore tooth. This was an option for me because I was getting a veneer done on that tooth afterwards. If I had no veneer option waiting – I wouldn’t whiten all but one tooth lol. For anyone who’s sensitive to these – Crest makes a sensitive option as well. I’ve used those too. No reaction at all – they are indeed sensitive but I felt the whitening came too slowly so I tried these out, in my next round of whitening strips.So. Considering these provided some whitening when everything else failed – I highly recommend them! I can only imagine how well they’d work for people with normal enamel.

I check out teeth and I want my teeth to be as white as the sky. I work with a public and that’s the first thing I see. It doesn’t take a lot just a couple times a day here and there.

Good! Beware of sensitive teeth
These have been working great! Just be careful if you have sensitive teeth. I’ve noticed towards the end of the time they get alittle sore. So id make sure you don’t fall asleep or get distracted. Follow the timeline and you will be good!
