My favorite part of this set is the strap. I love the strap! Thick, strong and durable. Rated 4 stars because the blocks could be better quality. Very minimal smell coming out of the package. Biggest issue is that the blocks come out of the package showing damage from the packaging. I am not sure how they are packaged, but it seems the plastic wrap gets stuck to the block-foam material, ripping material off the block when unwrapping. It's almost like the foam bonds to the plastic wrap. I bought two sets, and all four blocks had the same issue.

Perfect block density
These blocks have just the right amount of firmness with a little give. Some blocks, like cork blocks are much too hard to use under the body in yoga practice, but these are spongy enough to be comfortable while still firm enough to support the body weight. The strap is a bit too thin and flimsy but I bought this for the blocks and I’m very happy with them.

Great value
These do exactly what they should and the set was an excellent value. The foam firmness seems right to me and they stopped smelling pretty fast, so I just let them air out for a couple days and they’ve been great ever since.

Me and my hubby are new to yoga, and these are great for our 200 lb plus bodies. You don’t have to be in shape to exercise, but having the right tools helps you get there!

Perfect Little Helpers!
I recently took up yoga and I love it. What I will say about these blocks and belt is that they are very helpful while practicing beginners yoga. They’ve become such a big help to me. I wouldn’t trade these for anything!

The blocks have been very helpful. I feel like I’m doing poses more accurately because I have the blocks to use. They’re light but sturdy. The strap has been nice too especially for some of the binds where I can’t quite reach.

Blocks get damaged easy
I used my nail to get underneath the plastic they are packaged in to take it out and my thin fingernail was enough to gouge it and make a deep cut. If you pinch them, whatever it’s made out of comes loose.That’sy only concern but for the price they work great!Haven’t used the strap yet but it looks nice!
