Solid yoga blocks. Great for stretching.
I have super tight muscles, which makes stretching a challenge. I’ve tried to do it on my own, but I found that I needed something to help me in the beginning. I’ve seen people use yoga blocks in stretching videos and thought I’d give them a try.These yoga foam blocks are very solid and sturdy. They have truly helped provide support during various stretches. I find that I enjoy trying to become more flexible instead of getting frustrated by not being able to do certain stretches. I can now ease into a full stretch over time as my body adjusts.The navy blue color is beautiful. Blue is my favorite color, so I get a calming feeling while using them, which is a huge bonus. They seem very durable, so they should last a long time.One caveat is that my order did not come with a strap, even though the title description states it is a foam block and yoga strap set.

Great tools for every yoga session!
This is a great set of 2 tools I really needed to enhance my yoga practice. I use the blocks and the strap during every session. The strap is long enough to help with leg stretching, shoulder stretching and more. The blocks are useful for standing poses, balancing poses, etc. The quality of both the strap and blocks is superior. I love that I could get a matching set that look great with my yoga mat. Highly recommend!

Better than expected!
I opted for the 4-inch yoga blocks and they were slightly bigger than I expected, but they are dense and exactly what I wanted. The quality is excellent and the brand name is discreet, fitting in with other equipment without standing out or looking silly.I was also thoroughly impressed by the stretching strap that was included. I expected a cheap belt, but this one is much more durable than I anticipated. One where you can feel the quality.I would highly recommend this set of yoga blocks and the stretching strap to anyone. I may consider getting another size for more variety. If you’re in the market for yoga blocks, you won’t be disappointed with this set.

Sturdy and Lightweight
These are nice soft but sturdy yoga blocks. The blocks I’m using have a little too much give to them so I don’t always feel steady using them. These blocks are sturdy and hard but comfortable on your hands. The edges are beveled so your hands fit around the block comfortably. I ordered the Plum color because I liked the lighter purple color but the blocks are a dark purple, not light, as shown in the picture. Mine did not come with a strap, blocks only. Overall, a sturdy block for yoga.

Sturdy Yoga blocks and strap
These blocks are perfect for my practice. They are both the same size so I can use them to help under each hand evenly with a few positions that I have trouble with. Or, I can use one at a time. They are standard yoga blocks of good quality and I love the color. I have not had any issues with compression or bowing. They are a firm foam that does the job.
