Great for neck pain
My grandma loves this heating pad for the neck and shoulders. Relieves her neck pain, and relaxes her shoulder muscles. Has helped her feel less pain and more loose.

Works well but short cord
This is one of the better neck/shoulder heating pads I’ve tried. It covers neck, traps and across width of back about mid-shoulder blades. Many pads fit traps and blades but not neck or vise-versa. There is no massage if that is a must for you.I love that there are many heat/time options and that it shuts off automatically.My only comment is around cord length. It’s only comfortable if you can plug it in on your left. Otherwise you need to twist a bit to reach controller. See pics.

This heating pad is excellent for neck and shoulder muscles. A very good product for the money. It fits around your neck and provides heat in the right spots. It has a digital control that has different heat settings and you can get it very hot.

Great but stopped working.
The design is great and there are multiple settings that make this perfect for those who have had spinal surgery. The size and design address large areas for pain relief. Unfortunately, two months in mine stopped working.
