measured for medium but was just a bit too tight for my liking and feeling of bunching up behind the knee so ordered a large and is perfect, often times forget actually wearing it, not too snug but still excellent support and stays up in place while working outside most of the day, better pain relief than more expensive ones have purchased in the past, no issues with irritation from materials, good breathable where not sweating in it, consider this an excellent item and glad there was two of them for the very reasonable price

Great knee braces, very comfortable, and great value, too
I ordered these two days ago, have been wearing them since yesterday, and have already ordered a second pair.Please note that you need to scroll almost to the bottom of the page to find the size chart for these knee braces. Don’t guess your size because these were bigger than I expected. With a 15-inch thigh (4 inches above the knee), I was at the top end of small, but I ordered a size medium because I wanted to be able to pull these a bit higher than 4 inches above the knee. The medium is a great fit for me: it provides enough compression, stays up well, and can be pulled a little higher than 4″ above the knee (mine is 7″ above the knee).After losing more than 150 lbs, I had thigh lift surgery to remove the excess skin from my legs. After that surgery, you need to wear compression garments for several weeks. For me, the area that needed the most support was my knees (where the incisions end). The support stockings I was wearing were horribly hot and uncomfortable, so I ordered these. They are so much better. They provide much firmer support, but they are soft and do not bind or dig in, so they’re very comfortable. Identical braces were available on Amazon that cost more than twice as much, so at around $10, these are great value. I already ordered a second pair, but I might get a third pair for my husband, too.

A bit tight but effective
This felt tight at first and the ribbing on the top (evidently to hold it in place) rubbed against my skin and caused a rash. I folded the top over to avoid this and over time it loosened up. Now I wear it daily.

Great knee sleeve
Definitely go my their measurements for size. I never have used a medium before but that is what it said I should buy and that is what I got. Fits perfect and really does a good job. Have almost no pain. So far they have worn well.

Great for the price!
For the price these stayed on without slipping down even while exercising. The compression could be a little tighter around the knee but overall these are comfortable and supportive for all day wear. Sizing is accurate according to the size chart.

Good product, but not for me…
I’d like to give this a higher rating, as it fits well, supports my knee, and not overly cumbersome. However, after wearing it a couple times, it began causing a skin reaction, bumps and a lot of itching on the back of my knee.I tried washing it well, then wearing it again, however within an hour or two, the itching came right back! So there must be something in the material itself that doesn’t play well with my skin. Not sure what it could be, as I’m not generally allergic to clothing…

Great product, best deal in town
This has been very helpful after taking a bad step that ruptured the LCL ligament in my left knee. It gives good support and is pretty comfortable as well. I would recommend to anyone with knee injury or needing support for while you’re active.

Good support
I was a little weary about switching from my traditional neoprene knee sleeves to these but they work great and do not cause any irritation or slip down while running like previous versions I have gotten of these. As a bonus, they also do not accumulate as much sweat while providing very good support for my knees while playing sports.

Have an old knee injury from 30 years ago that is now starting to bother me again. Compression is good and it seems like it is decent quality. I have the MED and my thigh is about 17″ around and it doesn’t cause any discomfort. Stays in place without being tight. Seems to work well on longer walks with the dog. Holds my knee and area all together as it should
