Love this neck wrap. Aromatherapy and heat is excellent. Covers neck and shoulders well. Does a good job at retaining heat. Glad I purchased it. Gives me some relief for a herniated disc in my neck from trauma 35 years ago that’s caught up to me.

Very good but collar flops down
I would want others to know that this is a very good product. It is weighted, fabric is soft, it covers upper back and shoulders well, the lavender scent is minimal (I am very sensitive to scents), and the best part is I can take it anywhere with me when I sit down unlike the electric one my husband purchased for me years ago. Since trying it twice, I have been going back and forth whether I should keep it or not. I have multiple spine issues including a C3 problem and I was hoping that the collar would rest on my neck as shown in the online pictures/description. Unfortunately, the collar pretty much flops down instead of resting where I really need it. For this reason, I am most likely going to return it.

I have been using hot packs for many years and I used to sell a different brand when I owned a day spa. The one I sold was very scented and took a while to calm down so it wasn’t too strong. This hot pack is unscented, which I actually love! We use it for my little chihuahua and so having no smell is good. I would think in many cases you may want an unscented hot pack, especially if you are sensitive to smell, as they can be extremely strong.This is a great size and folds in half nicely to fit in the microwave. You could use it in so many areas, neck, back, for cramps, really anywhere and the fabric is good for staying in place.I have seen the many reviews stating it burned in the microwave and I am telling you it is user error! If the fabric/hot pack touches the side of the microwave, even slightly it can cause it to burn. You always want to make sure you have it in the center and not able to touch the sides. You also want to be sure, for the first couple of time you heat it up that you do it in small increments! Start with 30 second time and then put it back in for another 30 seconds, etc. until you reach the desired heat. Once it is established you will be able to do one time and get the heat you want. I am finding with this one 1 minute and 45 seconds is a nice heat. It is also a moist heat but not overly wet.The quality is really nice, the velvet material also helps that when heated it doesn’t feel overly moist.And the removable cover…the greatest detail! I love that you can take it off to wash it! I had so many things happen to other hot packs I have had that didn’t have that feature and I literally had to throw them away because I couldn’t wash them. So this is a great feature!Don’t be scared by the other reviews saying it caught on fire…just be mindful of how you place it in the microwave and how long you put it in for.

I received mine yesterday and used it that night to try to warm up my ice block feet in bed. I followed the heating instructions and started with 60 seconds and did two more rounds at 30 seconds each. Climbed into bed and laid it across my feet and it was heaven. I fell asleep faster cuz my ice blocks didn’t keep waking me up! The velvet cover is really soft and comforting. I took the cover off for heating and then put it back on before I used it. Super happy with this purchase.
