Soft, fragrant and provides relief! + multiuse!
This neck heating bad is durable, easy to use and is made with thick/soft fabric and it smells so good! I love the hints of lavender when I’m using this! It heats well and evenly, I actually threw it in the microwave and gave to my older kid to put his hands in the other when coming in from the snow! It fits your shoulders and neck very well but I’ve also used it on my lower abdomen when I was having cramps! I’ve been using this for about 2 months now and actually gifted one to my mother in law for christmas and she is also loving here! I felt like this product was a good value and it provides me the relief I need!

Love the shape
This fits well for neck and sinus pain. We have a lot of neck/shoulder issues in the house, and this heating pad fits to all the right spots. It also works for the sinus sacs at the base of the skull when pressure gets bad. It is easy to clean, durable and keeps heat well. Gently gets rid of pain and provides comfort to various parts of the body.

Relieves tight muscles
I love this things. My neck gets stiff and this is a welcome device. Nice heat but no cords. I’ve also used it on my lower back and even on my legs (although one at a time!). I bought one for a friend and she loves it, too.

I love the shape as I hits a part of my neck that is hard to target comfortably.I gave 4 stars as it does not hot for very long.But having said that. I am purchasing another one to have when I travel to my families place and I plan to leave there!

Very nice- I got the purple for my mom and she loves it! It holds its shape and has a nice weight to it. I am going to use it every time I visit her- about every other week. Soft and durable. Would order again!

Pretty, but not the most effective.
It is pretty, and I like the high neck. It works well for neck pain, and upper shoulders. That said, I do not have a wide frame, and I’m not sure how well it would work for a larger person. I am disappointed in the amount of fill: the part in front has almost none. As to the lavender scent, it’s nearly undetectable.

Great heating pad. Purchased for my 98 year old mother in law due to her shoulder pain and always being cold. It stays in place and temperature adjustment is wonderful.
