Amazing ,feels great! Just the right weight and has no weird smell ! Helps my neck shoulders,chest and back muscles tremendously! Relaxes me on stressful days! You can heat it up or freeze it!

I have chronic migraines from tightness in the neck, shoulders, and upper back, so I was very excited when I saw this heating / cooling pad. I have others intended for that area, but they are a pain to keep in place and can’t cover everything at once. The design of this with the full wraparound on the neck and shoulders is great, and the numerous segments keep the beads from pooling up.The fur is soft and of decent quality. It feels nice, but it also unfortunately interferes with temperature transfer quite a bit. I put it in the freezer overnight and it was nowhere near as cold as other heating/cooling packs (the kind with thin velvety material). This could be good if you have sensitive skin and don’t want a pad that is harsh to the touch, but I am all about performance and it wasn’t quite enough for me. It retained some coldness for perhaps 20-25 minutes. Heating performance (which is not the use I intended it for) is about on par with other heating pads that use clay beads and have plush fabric.In terms of sizing, I am an adult male approximately 6ft 200lbs, and it’s definitely on the small side. It’s on the edge of wearable but does not have the coverage I would prefer. If you are larger than that, this probably will not meet your needs. The sizing definitely seems geared more towards women and slimmer shoulders. In terms of value, it might be priced slightly higher than similar products, but not dramatically so. Similar products that are much cheaper seem to have a less robust design. Assuming the design meets your needs, I consider this a good quality product.

Works great and is a well thought out product
BECGAM Microwavable Heating Pad (1), is soft, comfortable, weighted well and easy to put on fitting both smaller and larder frames people. It’ll hang off the shoulders slightly for smaller framed people but that does not affect its performance. I really do appreciate the fact that it came without any chemical smells on it since I am slightly sensitive to them .This is great for hot or cold and testing them both, they perform well and provide relief for my should tightness and soreness.Although this does stay put (due to it’s weight), the Velcro strap was nice if you are more mobile.The included directions and even care label on the pad is informative and tell you how to care for it. I don’t take this for granted anymore since several products don’t come with this at all now.
