Perfect – Just what I wanted
This heating pad is just what I need. It is large enough to provide heat to cover my shoulders and the ‘collar’ stands up around my neck. The weight is just enough to be soothing but not so much as to discomfort. After heating in the microwave, it cools off a bit but I have found that as time goes on it also absorbs my body heat and maintains a comfortable warmth level that can last hours. It is a bit pricey but worth it for the soothing it brings to my painful shoulders and neck.

This pad is not too large and is SO soft and comfortable to use!
I have a reoccurring sebaceous cyst and supposed to use moist heat. This heating pad works like a champ! I heated in microwave for 60 secs. Surprised it WAS kind of a moist heat! 👏

Stays warm for a long time. Heats well. Item is supposed to be unscented but does have a scent to it, once heated. Nothing terrible. Just the inside ingredients I’m sure!

Really happy with this heating pad. It heats up fast in the microwave and stays warm longer than I expected. The weight feels nice and helps it sit comfortably on sore areas like my neck or back. Super easy to use and great when you don’t want to deal with cords. Would definitely recommend!

Marginally OK…decent heating; poor cooling
Generally a good product. Heat dissipates quicker than I like, but marginally OK. Cooling simply doesn’t work. I left it in the freezer for 6 hours and didn’t get much cooling. Weight is nice…stay in place on my shoulders.

In the fall of the year I got it, the beans inside heated up, caused a hole, and some fused together to make black chunks. In short, it died. Not impressed.

Would have liked to see a more of a plain cotton sleeve rather than the more satiny sleeve it comes in. Makes it a little slippery when resting your lower back on it on the chair or sofa. All in all it does the job
