Hands down the best face cream
I bought the full size of this cream/gel after my dermatologist gave me a few samples and I have never turned back. I have easily gone through 15+ jars of this and continue to repurchase. I have acne prone skin that can get sensitive with some of the harsh acne products. This cream/gel does not sting or irritate and always is SO soothing to my skin.The gel formula effortlessly is absorbed by the skin and is lightweight yet incredibly moisturizing. It does not leave a greasy feel on the skin. have never had any pilling issues layering sunscreen over it with many different types of sunscreen. I also love that this gets the job done in both winter when my skin needs an extra boost but is also not so heavy that it cannot be used in the summer as well.At this price point I feel like I am getting a way more expensive cream. This truly is the only cream I can consistently use and not have my skin freak out on (even with acne and retinol). If you are on the fence I highly suggest trying this out and I wish I would have found this years ago!

Light, cool, not sticky
Feels cool and light when applying. Not sticky as long as you don’t over apply and allow it to ‘bake’ before applying makeup or going to sleep. Very hydrating, no redness or itching. Jar lasts me quite some time and with my dry skin I use it daily.

Best moisturizer I ever used.
I have very “old” skin. It was peeling on my face everywhere. I used the most expensive and the cheapest moisturizers to try to fight this constant skin peeling. When I went to the dermatologist for another reason, I asked him about it. He gave me a sample of Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizer Gel-Cream to try. It stopped the peeling in two days and I have used it every since. My face looks better and there are no dry patches at all on it. This is a really good product.

Use at night with Bliss retinol serum mixed in. Goes in light. Doesn’t feel like skin can’t breathe. No heavy scent. Doesn’t clog pores. I’m not a skin care expert. This was recommended by my dermatologist. I didn’t see any dramatic effects but It can’t hurt so I’m sticking to it

Excellent hydrating gel-CREAM, not to be confused with WATER-gel
I’ve used Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Face Moisturizer Gel-Cream for years now and never felt disappointed. It keeps my skin smooth, hydrated and moist throughout the day, even in cold & dry winter weather. What some buyers don’t realize and mistakenly call this product a “fake” is that there’re 2 similar products from Neutrogena Hydro Boost – a gel-CREAM (this one) and a WATER gel. The gel-cream is whitish in color and thicker than the water gel which is blue and more watery in consistency. So, this product is NOT a fake, as reviewed by someone else here but as it’s supposed to be. And the pics provided here – blue vs white – are from 2 completely different products.

Per the other reviews, this is the “gel-cream” not the hydro gel. There are several varieties of this product available in stores and here on Amazon. The jars look nearly identical so pay attention to the fine print.I was recommended this product for those with DRY skin (For reference, I am 30 and have always had dry, peeling skin and breakouts).I LOVE the way this feels. I use it nightly, after my CeraVe face wash and witch hazel/rose water toner, and my face feels very clean and smooth and supple. The dryness and peeling issues are gone. My face looks and feels smoother. Even after waking up the next morning, it still feels good. This stuff is the bomb. Will continue to buy when this tub runs out. So good and so worth the price! (And the fact that it’s a Prime Pantry item is a great bonus.)

Recieved incorrect NON extra dry version of cream from 2 Pack choice.
I originally ordred the 1 pack of the extra dry cream and that was correct. I love the stuff! It is amazing and not at all greasy. I liked it so much I immediatly came back and ordered the 2 pack. What I recieved the second time from the 2 pack order is the NON extra dry version of the cream which is extremly greasy and lower quality. Image shows correct item on left (1 pack) vs the incorrect item on right (2 pack). Too much of a hasle to send back so I will use, but won’t buy from this seller again.
