I’ve tried many Omega-3 brands and this is by far the best. Thanks to the enteric coating, you don’t get those annoying fishy burps. The softgels are high potency (500 EPA / 250 DHA), so you don’t need to take as many per day. Highly recommended!

Great liver protection
I started taking these daily with Accutane to help protect my liver (since the medication is so damaging to it), as recommended by my dermatologist. At first, it was hard to adjust to the big pill size, but I’m used to it after a few months. My liver levels have stayed within normal range, so this is effective!! Sometimes I do get a “fishy” burp a few hours after taking them, but it doesn’t stay on the breath or make your mouth smell bad.

Very high quality product
Omega 3 supplements are a staple in our house to help balance out our omega 3 – omega 6 ratios. The American diet is way too high in omega 6, which is inflammatory, so we always make sure to take our omega 3s. I did a bunch of research on which brand to buy, and Now stood out. It has the ideal balance between EPA and DHA, and the price is much better than its competitors. Additionally, it’s molecularly distilled and tested to make sure it doesn’t contain heavy metals, impurities, or contaminants. It’s a very high quality product from an excellent brand.

The EPA is high, that’s what helps the brain. Taking 2 gives over 1000EPA and that’s the number that counts. Lots of fish oil out with low EPA’s, don’t buy those because they do not work. Most people do not know that. Companies use consumers’ ignorance to sell poor quality stuff.
