Flavorful and relaxing
Amazing product. This is one of my favorite teas. Enough flavor but isn’t overpowering like some other types. I drink a mug most nights and it does sem to help with relaxing before heading to bed. I use 2 bags and about 12oz ov water. A little splash of milk and a teaspoon of honey and you are all set.

Organic India Tulsi Sleep Herbal Tea is a life saver. Getting a good night’s sleep is incredibly important for our health and wellbeing, plus it’s great for anti-aging. I add two or three teabags to water, in order to make me drowsy. I fall asleep to a YouTube video scene of a beautiful woman sleeping in a luxurious bed, with the crackling sounds of a fireplace and gentle rain. The ones with rain and thunder keep me awake. 😵💫

my partner and I both drink this nightly. it is the best ‘sleepy’ tea I’ve ever tried by far. If you drink it more than 1/2 hr before going to bed you will get very drowsy… it greatly improves the quality of my sleep but doesn’t leave me feeling drugged in the morning. it tastes great too, just the right amount of sweet from stevia without overpowering stevia weirdness.my only complaint is that the last time I ordered a 6-pack, the package came all the way from india, and the boxes and labeling were totally different, the tea tasted slightly different, and the boxes were clearly labeled ‘for sale in india only’. not sure how that happened, but I hope it doesn’t happen again.

I like everything about this tea. It helps me go to sleep, stay asleep for the hours I need and there is no hangover from it. It taste good, too. It’s really great to find a product that does what it claims to do.

Great quality and functionality (really AI check list?), like the size and seal is ok for my pace (nightly). Love the health benefits (helps me sleep) but the value for money is bad – was <$5 the other day AT Whole Foods but I have this giant box.

Very calming, good for anxiety and possibly sleep
I’ve been using this tea on and off for about a month. It does seem to calm me. I have periodic anxiety and this seems to help. For me it tends to be a diuretic, and since I have BPH which causes more frequent urges to go I find I have to get up a couple times early in the night when I take this tea before going to bed. So I try to take the tea a bit earlier in the evening to prevent that. I also use the tea at work and I can definitely tell it has a calming effect, sometimes to the point of making me pretty sleepy.For those of you with anxiety you should do a little research on the Ashwagandha ingredient in this tea and possibly get a separate Ashwagandha supplement. If you do the following search on google you will find some actual studies showing how good Ashwagandha is for anxiety: “ashwagandha anxiety pubmed”God bless you all.

Loyal Daily User — Please Fix the Tea Bag Mix-Up (Sleep Tea vs Original)
I’m writing this as a long-time, daily customer who genuinely loves Tulsi Sleep Tea and depends on it. I’ve been drinking the Tulsi Sleep Tea (purple box, purple tag) for years, and it has been essential for me. I have ADD, and this is the only tea I’ve found that reliably calms my anxiety without making me groggy. It helps me function, focus, and get through the day without that constant background buzz.That said, there is a serious quality control issue with recent orders.Over the past week, I’ve ordered three boxes of Tulsi Sleep Tea from two different sellers, all clearly labeled as the Sleep version in the purple packaging. Every single time, when I opened the inner packaging, the tea bags inside were Original Tulsi with the green tag, not the Sleep Tea. If you’re familiar with this product, you know the purple tag exists for a reason. It’s the easiest way to tell them apart, and the blends are not interchangeable.This mix-up is a big deal for customers like me who rely on the Sleep formula specifically. I’m not trying to stock up on Original Tulsi. I’m actively trying to get the Sleep Tea, and right now it seems impossible despite ordering the correct product repeatedly.I’m leaving this review not out of frustration alone, but because I care about this brand and want it fixed. Please look into the packaging and fulfillment process for the Tulsi Sleep Tea. Something is clearly being mixed up at the tea-bag or packing level.I will happily update this review once the issue is resolved. I truly hope it is, because this tea has been a game-changer for me for years, and I want to keep buying it with confidence.Thank you for listening and for making such a meaningful product.

It is not a magic potion n will not help u if u have sleeping disorder but i may buy it again coz it smell so good.In my case i use it for it’s aroma n keep one pouch near me.I use it in morning also n so far it is relaxing n calming.
