Why choose our finger oximeter?
WRINERY’s Oximeter Finger is a device designed to provide an accurate reading of your blood oxygen level and pulse rate from your fingertip in 8 seconds.
Are you ready to achieve the good lifestyle you’ve always wanted? Our pulse oximeter with case won’t let you down.
Easy to Use – Simply place your finger inside the chamber of the machine, press the operating button, and then wait. Within seconds, you’ll have an accurate reading of you SpO2 levels and pulse rate.
Accomodates wide range of finger sizes — finger chamber with smart spring system. Works for ages 12 and above.
Reasons for Inaccurate Reading
When your blood perfusion level is low, the Spo2 pulse oximeter might have a hard time registering an accurate reading;
We suggest that you warm your hands and fingers before taking the measurements (You can do this simply by rubbing your hands together);
Following that, please also ensure that you keep your hand still because any movement can cause the device to reset its reading;
Nail polish and false fingernails may also cause false readings.
Troubleshooting
Back case (battery cover) not stay closed? The original design was considering help user to open the battery cover easily. Try to put the two batteries in the battery cabinet and you will find the battery case stay more closed than no batteries in it. If this doesn’t help, just contact us through Amazon’s platform for further solution.

    Observations and notes about this oximeter
    What to say about or report on my WRINERY® finger pulse oximeter, or anything else?1. Wrinery is the branding of this particular model manufactured by Shenzhen Fitfaith Technology Co. Ltd (PRC). The model is M170 and is covered by FDA’s referred to Section 510(k) premarket notification (September 2017). So are its oximeter models A300, A310, M110, M120, M130, M150, M160, and M230. Those may not be “Wrinery” branded.2. The equipment came complete as advertised. The user’s manual (v 1.0) is comprehensive and informative, in excellent print (fine print, but readable), double-sided, 1 sheet of glossy paper. There are no distributor details for the US or for anywhere else. The manufacturer attends to in-warranty issues (the address is on the packaging).3. In addition to showing the values for SpO2 (oxygen saturation) and PR (pulse rate) the oximeter also calculates and displays the PI (perfusion index) result and that for RR (respiratory rate). The software of the meter is v 1.0 as shown by the clear and tidy OLED screen (of fixed screen orientation).4. For those mathematically inclined and knowledgeable about statistics, the manual publishes equipment’s measuring accuracy (“A”). It shows the A(subscript root mean quare) for (i) SpO2 to be 2% (80-100% range), and 3% (70-80% range), (ii) for pulse rate 2 bpm, (iii) for perfusion index 1%, and (iv) for respiration rate 2 “rpm” (respirations per minute).The manual informs QUOTE: A(subscript rms) is a statistical calculation of the difference between device measurements and reference measurements. Approximately two-thirds of the device measurements fell between +/- A(subscript rms) of the reference measurements in a controlled study. UNQUOTE. Hm, I am unsure how to interpret that.5 I had the occasion to visit an after-hours medical centre for urgent medical attention to my wife. This prompted me to bring along the Whinery oximeter to see if during the waiting time (been there before) a friendly triage nurse could hook me up to one of their clinical Vital Signs Monitor (VSM) for checking my oximeter against the ‘real thing’.There was such nurse, and the VSM was near-new! With one middle finger clamped by my oximeter and the other one by the VSM oximeter I compared the two instruments for readings of SpO2 and PR. This for an uninterrupted length of time of 6 to 7 minutes. Then the VSM had to be wheeled away!The VSM was very fast in showing measured values and fluctuations (in comparison with the oximeter tested). I am sure my exited body caused the up and down readings for SpO2 (lowest 93%, highest 98%, but far more common were 96% and 97%) and the up and down PR readings. My oximeter tenaciously followed (or chased) the VSM readings, with a lag of a few seconds. During the several ‘steady’ state periods during the testing my oximeter readings matched those shown by the VSM. Hurray!Keeping eyes on two meters and each showing two variable readings to compare I was not capable of watching and comparing PI and RR values at the same time. Too much data flow to my brain distracts me from concentrating on the main objective of seeing how the SpO2 measurement by the Whinery oximeter fared in this particular ‘clinical setting’.6. For ordinary use at home, an oximeter also capable of producing PI and RR readings is unlikely of great use (unless you’re data-mad, or gadget mad). This may explains the existence of many oximeters that show SpO2 and PR only.7. I keep paper records of oximeter data as trends over time of measured values seem more meaningful than one-off readings. It would be nice to have an oximeter that is BT capable for data transfer. They exist, but then finding an app able to receive and process the oximeter data may not be that easy. My foray in Apple’s app store was difficult because the search functionality for apps related to oximeters is abysmal. Persistence will help (use a variety of search words). Could developers please be more attuned to what search words would usefully apply to their apps for bringing these up? No, I have not settled on an app but now I can ‘trust’ my oximeter I might look for an app that lets me usefully input data manually. I only received the oximeter just over 14 days ago!Hope this helps.

    Accurate results (tested against two separate smartwatch devices).
    We tested the heart rate monitoring against my pixel watch and my boyfriend’s apple watch, and it was extremely accurate.The O2 sensor also seems to be working correctly. I was able to learn from this that my O2 levels drop below normal when I am having adrenaline dump symptoms, and that there is a slight lag between my heart rate jumping (89 lying down to 130 standing and back to 89) and the adrenaline. We suspect that this is the cause of my panic attacks that have been happening even when my heart rate seems to be low.Very useful and accurate device that has been very helpful in learning more about my condition.

    Accurate readings and VERY easy to read
    I was in the hospital with covid for 15 days so that’s when I learned how important oxygen levels are. The nurses & doctors advised me to purchase a ‘pulse ox’, which is what they called these gadgets, so that I could monitor my oxygen levels at home. I had one that came with a kit but it wasn’t always reliable so then I saw this one and purchased one for both my husband and myself since we both had been in the hospital with covid and we both need to keep a close watch on our oxygen levels. We both LOVE this particular monitor because it’s VERY easy to use, read and see the readout. It’s accurate and only takes a few seconds to get the readout. It’s lightweight and easy to carry with you as it comes in a very secure case with a zipper which protects the pulse ox from any possible scratching or damage if dropped. The case isn’t too bulky or big so it fits into my purse easily. It also has a nylon (?) cord that attaches to the monitor which enables you to wear this around your neck if you choose to do so. The colored readout is very easy to see, unlike the other cheaper monitor I had but the great thing is that this monitor is very reasonably priced too so it’s a no brainer – get this one if you need to have accurate, easy-to-access readings of your oxygen. We rely on ours completely and are very happy with them. We purchased these in May and they’re working extremely well so far.

    My nurse uses this every day in my office
    I am a Family Physician, and we needed some pulse oxes when our old one pooped out on us several months ago. This one has been a workhorse and is still doing the job perfectly well.

    Is a useful tool and appears to be accurate as comparable with NHS unit. Works easily enough but sometimes it does give some strange readings, so just let it switch off and resume test, just use your common sense in this.Nice unit overall and comes with hard case for overall protection which is good. Would reccommend, although I haven’t any experience of other units. Really easy to use.
