Love these toothbrushes! Very well made and leave your teeth feeling clean and refreshed. Great product that I believe I will be using for a long time. Highly recommend!

I purchased these for my teenager son and me. This is my second Phillip sonicare toothbrush. I had my prior one for years, but it went out. It was a newer model than this one, but realistically they seem to all clean about the same. My Dentist recommended this, because I was brushing my gums too hard. Since I’ve been using them, I get a lot better check ups. I’m happy with this model. This is my son’s first adult version. He really loves his as well. I like that it’s timed brushing, so I know he’s completely getting them clean. I think this is a great value overall if you and a family member are looking to try these amazing brushes!

Major downgrade from older models.
I bought these to replace some aging sonicare handles.Sonicare has made some really odd choices with these new models.The good:- The brush cleans as well as previous models.- Easy to use (settings).- The companion app works well.The bad:- Battery life is abysmal. I used to be able to charge my brush, and use it for weeks before having pull out the charger. This model lasts just a few days. I have a small bathroom and having to leave it in the charger all the time is a no-go.- The handle is slippery and easy to drop. The previous model had a rubberized coating and was grippy.- The handle will roll off your counter. What a dumb design change – the previous model had “foot” that meant you could lie the brush down on the counter and it wouldn’t move. This model will just roll off the counter. Sometimes you need to set your brush down and use 2 hands to get the last of the toothpaste out. Not with this model!- The new caps for the brush heads are awful. I think they changed the design so that they would air out better, which is fine, but they don’t stay on! If you put your brush in a drawer or medicine cabinet, the cap on the brush head WILL just pop off.- The charger is a stupid 2-part design. You either have to use the glass cup, or the plastic topper, plus a charging base. This means 2 pieces to keep together. The only design worked well, why the change?These vanity changes are not welcome. Very disappointed in this model.

I only buy Sonicare products for my oral care. The versatility and functionality is unmatched. My gums and teeth are healthy and clean. The brushes are just right (soft / medium) And the travel cases are a plus. They are able be charged like a phone so the battery life lasts forever. Added bonus they comes with a warranty. Great for people with braces, the elderly who can’t hold their hands up long or just someone looking to maintain and keep their oral care healthy

I have been using Philips Diamond Clean over 5 years now and was happy with the effectiveness. Placed an order for the twin-pack 9xxx-series to replace my old Diamond Clean. Took a long time for the item to be despatched. When it was finally delivered, a wrong and lower model of the 7xxx series was delivered. Furthermore, packaging was in bad shape with tapes all around. There was no charging glass and charging casing as advertised too. Had to return the item. Wasted much time for the wait and to process the return.
