Good quality
I bought this and so far I have no complaints. It has stayed charged without me having to charge it all time. It isn’t too loud and I feel like it does a good job with brushing my teeth.

Great toothbrush
I had to get used to the smaller toothbrush head. It works great. I can easily reach the back teeth. Overall my teeth look and feel cleaner. No more stains on them from drinking tea. I would definitely recommend this toothbrush.

Solid piece of equipment, my second time buying
This one is the one to get. BEWARE – there is another ‘4100’ Phillips toothbrush which charges with a USB charger and has a much weaker vibration, and poorly weighted/lightweight feeling compared to this which feels like real equipment.I’ve bought three of these, one for myself, then my boyfriend, then again when mine stopped working after just over two years (the manufacturer warranty is 2 years…) This has a strong vibration and really changes the entire tooth-brushing experience… These used to be available for sub-$40 around the holidays…. seems in current times the cost has increased but.. still worth it for such a basic hygiene tool which will get constant use. This particular model is the best of all worlds – strong vibration for the price, but no extra/unnecessary features (i.e. syncing to a phone…) I hope they never stop making these. They do come in Black and Navy as well, if you can find them. They are excellent gifts and I don’t mind if they have a shelf life of a couple years (maybe get the extended Amazon warranty as I did this last time)

Works great but takes getting used to.
Unlike a normal or traditional electric toothbrush, this feels kind of weird at first. But after you get used to it you realize it works just as well as any other brush. Maybe better. YMMV. Two speeds and it actually vibrates to let you know to move to a different section of your mouth.

A MUST HAVE!!
I have been brushing with a Phillips Sonicare for at least 8 years, I got one of their newest models at the time. It stopped working about 2 weeks ago, so I bought a cheap battery operated $5 job at a store to get me by till I could get another Philips. That cheaper battery operated thing they call a toothbrush, did such a horrible job, I had to get a new Philips as my teeth and gums started bleeding from the poor brush job this other thing was doing. Yes, the brushes can be a little pricey, but you cannot even compare to other brushes you can get for less money. Dental care is not cheap, so investing a little extra in a brush like this will save you money and lots of pain in the future. This brush is not the same aModel I got several years ago, but it is so much more advanced and know that in 10 years when this one stops working I’m not going to mess around, I am just going to buy a new Philips. By then they will have a model that brushes your teeth for you!! LOL

Just the best
After using a Braun/Oral B electric toothbrush for over 10 yrs, I decided to try this Philips, recommended by a friend. Despite good oral hygiene, including flossing, I have plaque build up & have to see my dental hygienist every 4 months. I have only used this sonic toothbrush for a few days, but I am so happy with it!I am amazed at how smooth & clean my teeth feel after using it. I do have some sensitivity from the vibration, but I think I just need to get use to that. It is light weight & slim, nice since I have small hands. It is not noisy. I can’t attest to the battery life, since I have not had it that long. But, I do like that after using it the green light stays on for a few seconds to let you know it is still fully charged. You need to know that it is charged with a USB cord, not the typical plug in wall outlet. I just use my outlet adapter from my iPhone. It does have a timer, that quietly beeps when you have brushed for 2 minutes. Overall, I am really happy with this product & anxious for my next dental visit to see if there is significant improvement with my plaque issue.

very nice e-brush, good features, compact design
I cant answer to battery life I do not know, the brush has 2 intensity levels and pulses every 30 seconds or soto let you know to move to a different area. the brush and attach are different from my older one, I think that this newer brush will be much cleaner than my old one, I have one of the smaller inexpensive travel units, which I do not like other than the case. This brush is slim easy to maneuver, and nicely made and sturdy, the brush head mounts on a metal post VS my older brush which had a cap and an internal magnet assy. The new brushes should be more budget friendly, and re-cyclable.I recommend this product.

Brush broke after about a year of use – with two seperate units.
This brush is great…when it works. My first brush failed after about a year. Philips replaced it. Pretty decent customer service, but it took a few calls. I’ve now had my second replacement brush for 10 months, and it has also failed in the exact same way. The technology is based on vibration in the brush head post which is transferred to the brush head – hence the “Sonicare.” When it fails, the brush head post gets really loose, and all the vibration stays in the handle. This makes it completely ineffective for brushing. I’m not sure if it was a discontinued unit, and they just sent me a left-over off the shelf. I say this since it was delivered in a mailer without packaging. The newer models might have corrected the issue. If yes, why risk another terrible customer experience? Needless to say, I will not go for a third round.

Had it for one year, was already having issues with losing vibration intensity in time and then it completely died

Absolutely love it. Never had such a good electric toothbrush. Battery is long last for weeks. Perfect feeling having clean teeth 😁

I needed to replace an existing Phillips toothbrush which had lasted a good number of years and the reviews for this were good. It’s slightly smaller than my old one but it’s actually a nice size. It’s also a lot quieter than the old one. Battery life so far is matching the old one which was brilliant.

Smaller & slimmer than previous Phillips toothbrush, does the job just as good…. A good buy👍
